My biggest fear in getting a more sophisticated system is that it would be too sophisticated and required too much info for our needs. Because I can customize it it adapts well to exactly the area of business I would like to use it for.

> **Puntos a favor**: As a long time user of VCA Software, I am very familiar with the system and like that VCA is always looking for ways to improve the product.  It is easy to use and track my time and expenses which is why I have stayed with VCA when I set up my own business 7 years ago.

> **Puntos en contra**: I do not like the photo option for selecting photos to add to photo sheets.  Many times when the photos are uploaded to the system they are not in the order they were taken which adds time to the process.  If they were to stay in the order they were taken, it would make this process much easier and simpler to use.

> I have been pleased with the overall experience with VCA Software.  I am concerned with the pricing increasing on a regular basis, as most of my clients are looking to keep claims costs lower, which greatly affects their and my bottom line.

> Virtual Claims is a very easy program to use, Ilda Cairns is a wonderful rep to work with and is always available to problem solve whenever I or any of my staff have any questions.  All of my adjusters find the program fast and simple to use and keep track of their claim in and i like the fact that it is always evolving and changing to keep up with our growing need and the changing demands from our clients.
