It is aesthetically and visually appealing. It UPDATES ON ITS OWN so I don't have to. Links directly with QBO and Xero. Oh and they are a tech company with actual humans behind them. They talk to you. They listen. They actually service their customers. > > **Puntos en contra**: Reaching here because I love it...the tech is great, the price is right, the ROI is there, the customer service is there...I don't know I'd like it more if they gave it away for free? Not sure that is a reasonable request though... > > 9/10 because no one is perfect. Implementation was seconds. I ask a lot of questions and like to talk to people and they picked up the phone to answer simple questions that frankly I could have figured out if I actually took the time to read their DIY articles...but they picked up anyways and were happy to help. The tool is sexy and intuitive and I use it to model my major business decisions like new hires, new purchases and impact on P\&L/cashflow...and it saves so much time/provides all the transparency. You connect your accounting app and you're ready to starting planning. It is very intuitive and easy to pickup and learn what the features are in developing the plan. There is view only user access to give others access without having to worry about them playing around. It has the option for scenario planning although I haven't used that yet. > > **Puntos en contra**: It seems to be a bit buggy at times when trying to input an advanced calculation and when changing the formulas for inputs. My businesses are startup and so I was creating completely new forecasts instead of going off the trends. When changing the numbers from month to month I found it a bit difficult to reset an assumption or change it. You can't see a report or graph that shows yearly actual + forecasts. It requires a separate tool to see actual vs forecast performance. > > Clockwork is helping develop forecasts for next year and develops a cash forecast. The ability to scenario plan and edit forecasts is incredibly useful and saves us a lot of time from having to do this manually The dashboard is great for visualizing our cashflow and financial model. The charts available provide great insights and visibility into our financial performance, both past and projected. The tool automatically syncs with our Xero account, and updates all of the models and KPIs - something that's saved us a lot of time and effort, and has helped us make quicker decisions based on these up-to-date insights > > **Puntos en contra**: Initially we had some challenges syncing with our Xero account, but we contacted the Clockwork support team and they took care of the issue very quickly.
