It's AI component has been a significant win for us, helping deliver higher AOV since it's deployment. The accuracy of it's product recommenadations within product detail pages and within the shopping cart are remarkable at predicting what a given user would be most interested. As a result, time on site has increased as has the number of pages each user browses. SearchSpring's merchandising module has been an incredible tool for us, allowing us to create stunning merchandising campaigns with all of the bells and whistles that are available within SearchSpring. Since deploying SearchSpring, our promotions have consistently generated 25%-50% higher revenue than before implementing their solution. > > **Puntos en contra**: This is a hard question to answer. Every time we've wished something could be done within the software, the engineers at SearchSpring have been eager to work with us to deliver the desired capabilities.
