¿Qué es Humi?

Humi es la solución de RR. HH., beneficios y nómina líder de Canadá. Al servicio de miles de empresas, Humi es la plataforma de personas integral que le encantará a tu empresa.

Las funciones incluyen un sistema de información de recursos humanos (human resources information system, HRIS) completo, con capacidades que van desde el almacenamiento de información de los empleados, un software de reclutamiento (ATS), un software de registro del tiempo, registro de licencias, gestión de revisión del rendimiento y creación de informes.

User friendly; poor reporting

Comentarios: Overall, the software is user-friendly and meets our basic needs. We moved payroll to another provider due to errors. Humi has been very focused on developing its scheduling platform and as a result, other improvements and suggestions for feature enhancements have been largely ignored. I am hopefully that they will continue to develop and make the software more efficient.

Puntos a favor:

Humi has made a number of improvements to its applicant tracking/recruiting systems and we are satisfied with this program. There could be further improvements to make it more efficient but overall, it works.

Contras:

The reporting tools have been very disappointing and not usable in most cases. A basic turnover report with analytics is very important to us and we do not currently have this ability.

Humi is my go-to payroll software for a small company

Comentarios: The Humi team is always available for customer support, and has been for the 4+ years I've been a customer.

Puntos a favor:

The best part about Humi is automating payroll processing, calculating all the correct taxes and deductions, and remitting to the government on your behalf. It takes three clicks to process payroll each week, saving me hours a year.

Contras:

There isn't anything I honestly dislike about the platform.

Working Great For Our Small Company

Comentarios: My experience has been really great right from my thorough onboarding to continued support and the new features getting added all of the time. It is already a great product but I know they are constantly improving it and I'm excited to see where it goes.

Puntos a favor:

The ease of use and the amount of information that can be stored on one program. Instead of having 5 places to store information, it is now all under one program. Customer support is great as well!

Contras:

I guess the biggest downfall is some of the controls and limitations when it comes to wanting to delegate. Most tasks have to stay with an admin and right now with us being a small company that means it has to stay with me or we need to give someone else admin clearance and they can access all feedback and other confidential items.

Comentarios: I think Humi is great and I would recommend it to any Canadian HR professional

Time off, document management and onboarding keeps everything in one place allows more time for HR to focus on other tasks and less time on administration

Contras:

I find there are some navigation issues sometimes. ie. time off taking you back to the main page when you just want to be in an employee's profile. Surveys also are not the best with the new data as you cannot see separate surveys anymore

Impossible to speak with a Humi on the phone if you have an urgent question. Support tickets usually take 24-48 hours to receive a response

Comentarios: Implementation was a breeze, It is allot easier to use and pull reports then my last software was. My experience has overall been good.

I like the platform and how easy it was to learn and use. I like the reporting it is robust and i can customize for my own needs. Onboarding and storing documents in Humi is extremely easy.

Contras:

They need better support for a paid service i would expect a chat or call center during regular business hours. This is payroll and its very time sensitive so if an issue arises support isn't always there to help.

Humi making HR management a breeze

Comentarios: My overall experience with Humi has been amazing from day 1. From the initial demo, to getting everything set up to implementation I had my rep available all the time to hold my hand along the way. Change can be so difficult to implement smoothly in an organization and Humi and their talented staff made this the easiest change we have gone through.

Puntos a favor:

Time off feature as well as the document workflows. Also the access that have been given to each employee on their own information. They have the ability to check their own accrual balances, upload documents and update personal information.

Contras:

I would love if the documents feature had more capabilities. Examples would be the ability to add additional documents to an existing one (document collection) or the ability to revise an offer by revising the actual document instead of the terms in humi alone.

Attentive Customer Support and Easy to Use

I like great customer support and Humi checks the box! Anytime I have had a question or needed assistance I have had prompt responses that were helpful and always kind.

Contras:

My least favourite part is that I didn't know to have off-boarding employees change their email address in order to get T4s as once they are terminated they have zero access to paystubs and ROE. I've run into that issue a few times. It would be great if terminated employees could still log on to view their payroll for 12 months or for 30 days after T4s are submitted the following year.

Comentarios: They have been a great team to work with, and their helpfulness and responsiveness have been amazing. There have been issues in the past that were critical as we had missed a very important deadline, and they helped us resolve it immediately.

We have been with HUMI since their early days, and they have saved us tons of time with the many features that they've added. What started off as a goal to fix our Payroll and Vacation documentation, has grown to help manage all the onboarding/offboarding, training management, document management and many other features.

Comentarios: I use it on a daily basis to track attendance. It's a great time saver.

It was very easy to integrate it with existing processes. It's also very easy to use for employees and managers.

Contras:

Features are easy to use and logical. The only thing I would improve is the algorithm behind the calculation of vacation days. Who would book 1.83 vacation days - rounding is highly recommended!

Comentarios: Working with HUMI for the past couple of years from the rollout to the upkeep has had some challenges but the HUMI team is always quick to offer a helping hand. As the system continues to iron out its functions and build them out further it can only push to help the overall experience.

Puntos a favor:

I appreciate the ability to onboard employees with ease and keep up to date employee profiles. I appreciate how easy it is to upload and assign documents as in a financial institution there is a lot of annual documents. The task function is also amazing.

Contras:

There are some glitches with the time off function (i.e. we have a cap of 50 sick days for some staff and sometimes the accruals are off). The functionality in the performance evaluation and survey builder is not ideal currently.

Humi - good value for product

Comentarios: Positive experience after using the software for 1.5 years. Some early challenges in the first few months but after that very easy to use.

Puntos a favor:

Easy to use, employees like the interface.

Contras:

Some functionality on the payroll side is awkward and not easily adjustable without having to go through the Help Desk to do back end changes. The help desk is not easy to access all the time as you have to send an email and wait for them to respond. Humi does not directly submit T4's to CRA. Have to use ROE Web to access your ROE's.

Comentarios: The people are great and want to do a good job, however overall the platform need much more development time and dollars to make this system comparable to other platforms. Although the subscription is attractive, but when you compare you need to await for future developments.

Comentarios: sadly lacking in support, which is the only lens I can see this company through at this time.

rakes a week or longer, to resolve most tickets, as no one live answers the phone...EVER! wait for days for return call or response to email. have asked what service standard is for turnaround time on open tickets...and...no surprise, still no response yet (24 hours ago). this is a new software company and program which has modules that their willing to sell you, but are actually still in Beta Testing stage (Recruitment module@ $100 p/month)

Has Great Potential

There are key features missing, the inability to put an employee on leave or issue ad hoc ROE's without terminating the employee first is a big one for us.
