However, It is now as we had to design it and pay to get it built\!\! This bit now works well. A lot is marketed as complete, but is simply not. Working out repayment of marketplace commissions for instance on customer returns is complex, but considered a manual exercise despite paypal adaptive payments and Stripe connect natively catering for this scenario. This is a common problem - functionality has been implemented a a box ticking exercise without any architected thought and hence causes more problems in some situations than solves. > > **Puntos en contra**: Very poorly architected thoughout, with may use cases implemented with no thought as to purpose or process. We have spent over 10 months helping Rocket Bazaar to understand basic use cases and what is needed by an administrator to effectively manage their business, and still they struggled to implement them. Very buggy in core modules and as an organisation appear to have little or no understanding of how to develop, test and promote code to live without causing live site issues. No concept of DevOps and use of CI/CD, with code being released to live with no little or no QA testing let alone UAT. It is obvious the developers are left to manage the projects on their own with little or no senior or mid level management support and guidance, leading to an anarchic process of system development that does not meet client or core Rocket Bazaar needs and strategy. > > Functionality we were told was in the core system at the time of signing the contract turned out not to exist and we have had to help design and custom code it with Krish Technologies, the parent group of Rocket Bazaar. We are now over 10 months late on a 6-month project and despite continued requests to speak to the management team including the SEO have been left unanswered. There is no willingness to work with us to resolve code, team and functional issues. I’ve worked for many large-scale global system development houses, including Accenture, Cap Gemini, Unisys as well as Wipro, Tata Consulting and there is a huge skills and knowledge gap here for what is promoted as a ‘top tier’ development company. CMMI level 2-3 at best. Even basic project management skills are an issue, and code testing and management diabolical. Looking back in hindsight we wish we’d not entered into a contract with Krish but unfortunately paid a significant deposit based on untruths had no choice but to plough on. Resource management has been terrible, and we are continually seeing experienced developers leaving due to poor morale, leaving us developers with little or no experience. Uninformed to us, many core magento feature were turned off that, as they were core, we were assured would be available. This explained as temporary ‘bugs’ that eventually turned into ‘change control’ and more money to get debugged and turned back on.
