Additionally, the emails being sent exclusively in PST, without clear labeling, adds to the confusion for attendees in different time zones. The reporting feature is currently unreliable. Often, when I attempt to generate a report, it downloads with zero rows, despite there being data available. This issue is impacting our ability to access necessary information. It is challenging that transferring existing clients to an existing family is not possible. This limitation affects our ability to streamline client management and could impact our efficiency. Lastly, I find it limiting that the current system only allows searches by the head of the family in the Clients section. This restriction makes it challenging to research enrollments effectively.
