The process of going to locations and inputting responses is simple. There's no simple undo button and no ways I organically found to read the entire script from the menu without first engaging an interaction. Additionally, the color coding feels like it goes against what would be expected. Gray dots are conversations that reached a conclusion, blue are ones that were inconclusive, orange are incomplete, and a unique blue dot notes the user's place. I'd change those around such that the location dot is a unique color and orange notes an inconclusive interaction. I also don't think the app should report your location at all times in real time. There should be a function to check in when at locations and pause the tracking so battery life is spared. > > It made doing my job easier and simplified reporting to headquarters.
