Buena solución para el comercio electrónico

Es muy fácil de utilizar, con un buen soporte técnico para resolver cuestiones y problemas.

Contras:

Llevo poco tiempo usándolo, pero quizás destacaría la forma de ordenar los informes, pero por lo demás funciona correctamente.

Comentarios: Los clientes están satisfechos con el proceso de compra, refieren que es rápido y practico ademas que pueden usar cualquier método de pago, ademas pueden ver en tiempo real estado del pedido, numero de guía y paquetería, estado de envío, facturas, existencias al momento.

Puntos a favor:

Es una plataforma sumamente facil de manejar su diseño y estructura hacen facil la compra y venta por medio de internet. La experiencia de compra es practica y amigable tanto para el cliente como el vendedor. Siempre tenemos soporte técnico en todo momento para resolver los problemas y dudas. Sana Commerce siempre ofrece estrategias para seguir mejorando y vender más.

Contras:

La plataforma no ofrece de manera inicial ordenar los productos de venta por precio o por existencia. Se tiene que adquirir una adaptación con costo para poder tener esta simple función.

Comentarios: Lo que más me gusto de SANA fue el apoyo comercial, técnico, de servicio, y mercadeo que tienen. Ese acompañamiento es un diferencial muy importante

Puntos a favor:

Es una plataforma fácil de usar, que tiene plantillas básicas para modificar y personalizar

Contras:

El hecho de que sea con plantillas también limita la personalización hasta un límite. Y todo lo adicional genera costos que no van dentro del alcance.

Comentarios: Sana Commerce helped us to automate order and customer communication processes. Data is more transparent to us by this digitalization. We can offer our customers additional shopping experience.

Puntos a favor:

Fast set up if you work in ERP-standard, flexible if you have and individual standard. Great tutorials for implementation and CMS onboarding. CMS from shop ware is very easy to use. Customer Support is very organized.

Contras:

Customizations due to individual company ERP adaption take some time and sometimes need to be prioritized by project manager.

Comentarios: Sana really helped us improve efficiency of sales and cut out a lot of human error.

Puntos a favor:

Implementation was handled by Sana and was done very efficiently, any problems on launch were dealt with swiftly. Their support service is fantastic. We also like the simplicity of use, making the front end look clean and professional is easy.

Contras:

Some more flexible design options without any coding required would be preferred, I believe this is being addressed in a coming update as of Nov 2020.

The fact that it is comprehensive and has a lot of the "right" features and is able to integrate even with our older ERP system is great.

Contras:

We have an old ERP, namely Dynamics NAV 5.0 with LS Retail & Pebblestone Fashion on top. We did experience some issues to get this to work and had to do some rework and customizations on Sana because of this and other reasons.

Comentarios: We have an incredible good way to present all our Brands and B2B Portals with across Europe with 1 platform. The Sana commerce solution is ideal for us as a company due to the constant changes within the assortment and the multilingual aspects.

Especially the new SCC Version is easy to use. There is a lot of help from tutorials as well as from the team. The performance is excellent.

Its got good connectors to our ERP, but a build in PIM would make this the best ever.

I like the facility to implement on MS Dynamics Ax , you don't need to customize a lot the ERP because SANA Includes a high level of integration with MS Dynamics AX And it is to easy to included the discount policies of each customer and others information from the ERP.

ERP Integration with Sana Commerce

Comentarios: It is pretty good. We have good relations and our questions and customizations had been done in the estimated time. They always check on your business on how are you doing and gives you feedback on how can you improve on your ecommerce channel.

Puntos a favor:

It connects perfectly with our ERP and makes our internal processes so easy. We don't have to worry about updating the inventory info or stuff like that.

Contras:

Maybe the support can be a little bit delayed as most information is on english and our main language is spanish. Sometimes things can be lost in translation but we were always able to solve the issues. I always recommend having someone with high english profficiency on english if you are from a non english speaking country.

Complete training suite for partners Very intuitive help Out of the box design and functionality that match with the features requested by most customers

Contras:

Dependant on Web Services Slow (IIS) No customizations can be made on Sana (just NAV or other ERP)

Comentarios: Overall a good experience. The Sana team i work with are very helpful and friendly, Any customisations are completed swiftly and as requested. Some of the team i work with are/have been based in Ukraine and i must commend them on their professionalism and strength in such hard times. We are truly appreciative and thankful for all of your hard work.

Puntos a favor:

The Sana Commerce product is well laid out and easy to use. The Sana team are very attentive and helpful with queries and questions. Due to the nature of our business we have needed very specific modifications and the developers always deliver to a high standard.

Contras:

There could be wider range of "ready-to-go" applications or connections rather than needing to add/integrate some of them. I find the "help" section and documentation could be better. I often search within the help area before reaching out, but my answer is sometimes not there. Or it is there but not returned when using search function.

Perfect out of the box eCommerce solution

The site looks clean and feels great to use, very quick thanks to some recent updates. Feedback from our customers has been excellent and it has really helped to improve our online presence. The integration with our ERP is perfect and saves a huge amount of time and errors.

Contras:

Not sure how it could be implemented, but easier access to the CSS might help to tweak to design of some elements.

Comentarios: Very good. The software is updated with browser releases, it's very user friendly, there are no bugs or glitches that we've experienced that we used to have frequently with our old platform. There is always someone responding to questions and the development of customizations or enhancements are timely and concisely and explained well from a development and implementation stand point. Even our in house IT department, with the various vendors and providers they interact with, have been very impressed with the response, delivery and service provided by Sana.

Contras:

I still don't feel like I've fully optimized the design ability and there are some constraints to the white space that is available out of the box.

The integration with the ERP, ease of front-end development, and ability to display content dynamically based on customer segments.

Contras:

Limited integration with email marketing tools, restriction to out-of-the-box customizations, and limited product filtering to ERP-related fields. We would love to see the ability to manually sort our products in subcategories or display based on best seller.

Comentarios: We have replaced in house B2B portal with Sana for customers order entry. In a few days once live, most of our customers were ordering trough Sana.

- Very easy to integrate with Nav ERP - good ROI regarding project costs in standard - very good stability

Contras:

- some difficulties with Sana project manager during project phase - costs too heavy when specific needs - costs too heavy for technical ugrade move to latest release

Comentarios: Fast and smooth implementation of the webshop. Performance of the webshop very good and fast. With their new platform SaaS they offer the possibility to put add-ons in your shop. A next step to a even better webshop. Also good to mention that it was a real pleasure to work with the guys that did the implementation. And a good supportdesk with good responcetime.

Puntos a favor:

His integration in our ERP Navision. So nu useless datatransfer between databases. Also easy to influence the bahaviour of the website from within Navision.

Contras:

Only one small problem: their websites has no possability to scamble mail addresses. So there is no protection against spam mail.

Comentarios: Very good B2B webshop with good customer support from Sana. Almost every B2B order is done via Sana.

Very well integrated with ERP backend. Very stable and has almost every feature you may need as company.

Althoug it has a customizable layout, it should be more flexible in changing the layout.

Comentarios: Sana has helped us tie together our implementation of Dynamics 365 with our online store functions. We wanted to merge operating spaces of our employees and unify teams and Sana is helping us get there.

Sana has a great team that helped us work through the change process as a company and adapt ourselves to a new way. They have a great training plan setup and ready and their project management was excellent.

Contras:

So far so good! We just launched our refreshed page and the SANA team has been very responsive and helpful ensuring we could maintain a timeline and achieve the vital objectives we needed to hit during COVID.
