I love the way you can just respond back thru the same email that notified me of the communication and not have to log into the actual software and find the ticket to respond. I wish more support companies used this program. Nothing is more frustrating than getting an email that my ticket has been responded to, but I can't see the comment or respond without first logging into the software. OrangeScrum works so well, I almost never see the ticket dashboard. Now that is perfect\! > > **Puntos en contra**: As and end user, I have found nothing I don't like about the software. The interface is VERY difficult to use, the system crashes a lot and considering the bugs - in some cases it's absolutely unusable. > > We used OrangeScrum for a few years, and it seems overtime the system got worse. A lot of issues with interface, navigation and just crashes. There were times where we couldn't use the software for the entire day because of some "caching issues" that they were experiencing. The interface is WAY too complicated and dated (compared to other offerings out there).
