Comentarios: Tiene una interfaz amigable, te permite navegar sin problemas, lo recomiendo.
Puntos a favor:
SimplePractice, es realmente fácil de usar y la interfaz de usuario es agradable. Hace que muchas de las tareas de documentación y facturación sean muy fáciles. Me facilita ocuparme de todo lo que necesito con respecto a la incorporación del cliente Algo para destacar es que se incluyen videos.
Contras:
En términos generales, no tengo alguna función que no me guste, es realmente muy buen programa.
Vale la pena adquirirlo.

Comentarios: Es un buen software,da un buen aporte pero tiene varias cosas por pulir.
Puntos a favor:
Es un software que por las funciones que tiene y la interfaz que tiene es intuitivo y fácil de aprender a manejar y usar para con el usuario, debido a esto su implementación es relativamente sencilla para cualquier empresa
Contras:
Se siente la falta de algunas funciones o lo básicas que son y así mismo si pudiesen ser mas económicas seria mucho mejor
Herramienta para recordatorio de citas
Comentarios: Recomiendo esta herramienta porque podemos mantener los recordatorios al día

Que es una herramienta para mantener mi trabajo en orden
Contras:
La falta de funciones avanzadas para poder hacer otras gestiones
Comercial sumamente confiable
Comentarios: En el mercado emergente es más difícil encontrar productos con tanta eficiencia como este, me ayuda mucho ya que reúne todas las características.
Puntos a favor:
Tiene todos los requisitos que buscas para ayudarte en tu trabajo cotidiano. Es simple y fácil de utilizar. De fácil acceso para cualquiera que desee un software de confianza.
Contras:
Se necesita mejor solo un poco en la imagen. Separar un poco los elementos a buscar con títulos más accesibles.

Great easy to use software

Like the name states. It was simple to learn and to use.
Contras:
Took a while to set up . Otherwise it was great.
Simple Practice, intuitive EHS
Comentarios: Positive. I tried to use a different EHS but felt like it was overly complicated and unorganized so I went back to simplepractice and just bought a cheaper plan.
Puntos a favor:
The way it is organized feels intuitive and user friendly.
Contras:
Primarily the cost to send text messages (I would pay for that separately as an add on with the lowest plan)

Comentarios: I like counsol.com better because of its ease of use

Simple Practice is Pretty Good!
Comentarios: I have had a good experience so far and enjoy having my client's be able to schedule themselves and have ease of use.
Puntos a favor:
I really like that it is user friendly and can incorporate video conferencing for individuals and groups.
Contras:
I don't like the difficulty with billing sometimes which causes some issues.

Mental Health EMR that has work to improve
Comentarios:
Our experience has been on a down, up, and down trajectory. It was sold to the practice owner, who is not technical in IT, as a HIPPA compliant telemedicine app. It was sold but never setup correctly, and almost put us out of business, claims were getting denied at a very high rate, and copays were not being collected. Because the app was not setup, all of it resulted in loss collections. The reports are garbage, so we did not know until well after the damage had been done.
Now, as I am trying to integrate it with our accounting system (Quick Books Online), I can't get past the tier one support team, who keeps closing my request as solve, after providing work arounds that do not address the problems.
I would like to see SimplePractice take their user community's recommendations more seriously. It will only improve the software.

The telemedicine virtual visits are awesome!
Contras:
Simple Practice is awful at reporting. The built in reports miss the market, and they will not allow users to create their own custom reports.
Good "Off The Shelf"
Comentarios: Easy for administrative and practitioner use; intuitive for clients; less engaged in seeking out maximum coverage for clients.
Puntos a favor:
Ease of use for the client to enter and update info. Also straightforward for administrative use related to billing and scheduling.
Contras:
The nature of highly customizable tools sometimes comes with the extra work of identifying the settings that need to be adjusted to pull the desired data. For example, billing dates defaulting to the last billing period as opposed to client history. Also not as proactive in pursuing insurance coverage for clients.
All in one
Comentarios: It is the "all in one" that a professional needs.
Puntos a favor:
It honors its name, it is very Simple to use, specially for medical records and professional documentation. It is helpful with scheduling appointments and billing.
Contras:
It could be a "too simple" or basic platform for what health profesionals are used to. However, it is very helpful and gives you a new vision of keeping simple documentation.
Too expensive
Comentarios: I was frustrated with the lack of calendar syncing, and the price, and ultimately chose a different platform.
Puntos a favor:
Interface was nice looking, multiple options for client reminders
Contras:
The price!!! It felt like highway robbery paying extra for features that other platforms include in their much lower price. Especially calendar syncing.
Software that simplifies client management

SimplePractice was simple to setup and navigate. It is also easy for clients to book and use this platform.
Contras:
I have not had any issues using this platform.

Outstanding product at an affordable price
Comentarios: Initially hesitant to adopt SimplePractice, I was accustomed to and comfortable with another EHR system. However, upon making the transition and familiarizing myself with the platform's navigation, the evident ease of use quickly became apparent.
Puntos a favor:
I spend significantly less on this software compared to a similar product I used before. It's user-friendly, and the customer support team responds promptly to my inquiries.
Contras:
The current system lacks user-friendly features that would facilitate a smooth document submission process.

As a patient, I think this software is great. It is user friendly and has nice features! You can access invoices, change/add payment methods, message providers, and receive reminders about appointments!
Contras:
The only thing I could think of is having to verify my email each time I log in, it can be a pain, but I understand for security purposes!
Simple says it all, easy to set up for solo providers
Comentarios: Simple Practice is fundamental and ideally suited for small practices not credentialed with insurance companies. It excels for solo providers, offering numerous features that many EHRs typically charge extra for, all while being highly affordable.
Puntos a favor:
Simple Practice is straightforward and user-friendly. Its setup is convenient, reducing unnecessary stress and simplifying error correction. Therapists may find it particularly beneficial, especially if they provide super billing or accept private payments.
Contras:
Accidentally deleting items can be problematic, especially when in a rush or with patients waiting, as retrieval can be difficult. The calendar system would benefit from improved templates to reduce the need for manual input, which currently creates excessive administrative time. The ability to apply changes all at once, rather than individually, would also be advantageous.
I recommend, but if you want to grow, it can get costly
Comentarios: Simple practice is very good for a small team or solo practitioner. When you start to get bigger, it might be wise to compare options.
Puntos a favor:
Simple practice is simple. That is so helpful for a software. It is much easier to set up than the one we are currently using. I also like the two-way Google calendar integration.
Contras:
If you start to add clinicians, then it gets pricey, simple practice does not differentiate between full-time and part-time clinicians in terms of pricing. So we switched, because adding part-time clinicians was getting too expensive for the software. It is also not a marketing centered software compared to the one we are using now.
solo psychiatrist
Comentarios: Horrible. Feel conned and ripped off. Now that I have many patients and am paying a biller and ever increasing fees to Luminello I feel trapped and am trying to search for anther EMR with prescribing and billing.
Puntos a favor:
only feature - it helped me set up e prescribing.
Contras:
No lab integration possible for solo telepsychiatry Added billing fees are exorbitant. Worst off 30% or more of claims submitted through APEX/Luminello are rejected. No support or guidance.

Horrible Experience
Comentarios: Overall, it was pretty bad. When I did talk with customer service, it was good most of the time. There was one time when the gal treated me like an idiot. The lack of updating the platform with needed changes and not listening to the customer requests on their request page is ridiculous. Why even have a request page?
Puntos a favor:
It was easy to navigate around the software. To schedule the next session was relatively easy as well. Billing was taken care of, so that was nice.
Contras:
*Customer service shared that the [sensitive content hidden] didn't want to make some much-needed changes to the platform (adding time zone changes automatically if the client was in a different time zone from mine, which was one he denied). *You must be on the HIGHEST tier to get ONE-WAY calendar integration. *Price points are ridiculously high for what they offer. *The look and feel of the platform was antiquated.
The gold standard of mental health EHR
Puntos a favor:
Very user friendly. Great mobile app. Simplified all-in-one practice management.
Contras:
Price. Inability to change cancellation policy for a practice's individual providers.
