> **Puntos a favor**: Service Pro is a highly versatile software with great capabilities for the cost. There are many things that can be configured specific to your needs. They are also highly focuses on continuously improving the product and rolling out new features. They are very engaged with customer support and always willing to hear feedback and new ideas. The mobile app is great for our field technicians and integrates well with the overall system.

> The sales team was very good at showing us a working system and all of the advantages to using Service Pro, so we were excited to use it.  After an extended implementation period, we finally went live and it was one problem after another.  The response from MSI was non-existent and with all the problems, we decided to stop using it.  What a complete waste of time and money.

The fact that there is a decent amount of customization available makes it work for unique situations like our company comes across.

> **Puntos en contra**: Creating inspections and some other areas of the system that the user can do on there own can be complicated and challenging to work with.
> 
> Although it was a slow start with getting onboarded, we have had very helpful interactions as needed with the MSI team.
