Important plugins aren't tightly integrated with the main library and often have scattered documentation and examples. In some cases, they do not work with the latest versions. For instance, the copypaste\_advanced plugin doesn't work with v11. 3. Consider making extensibility more accessible. For several things, we had to read the source code to figure out how to extend the core feature set. Mileage, Travel, Costs, etc. These inputs are calculated with stored formulas. We limit what the user can enter and how they navigate. There definitely was a learning curve, specifically with the configuration, but the documentation is thorough.
