TimeSolv has changed my life for the better!

Comentarios: I'm capturing more time and collecting more. That's the name of the game.

Puntos a favor:

Easy to use so that I use it more often!

Contras:

Learning anything new is a pain. But I'm getting there.

TIMESOLV is the answer to legal time entry, billing and invoicing

Comentarios: All the support from TimeSolv is incredible and without the nickel and diming. They are very responsive to all my questions and issues. This is a far better timekeeping system than TimeSlips. The conversion was efficient and excellent; no problems whatsoever. I love the ease of use. I jumped right in without much of a learning curve.

Puntos a favor:

Very intuitive; easy to use and navigate. Great value for the cost

Contras:

I have no cons to report thus far. Any issues I had with say, invoicing, were handled through their extenstive resource section and support.

Very Unethical Company

Comentarios: Terrible company. No customer support.

Puntos a favor:

The problem I had is that when i closed my firm the company would not acknowledge my contact with them and they would not stop billing my corprate credit card.

Contras:

They over charged my firm by about 5 months.

User Friendly with everything you need

Comentarios: Being able to track time, track potential clients, keep our files organized are all things that we could not do without TimeSolv

Puntos a favor:

The ability to track time; to input manually time; and the App that I can use on my phone to add time spent on client matters that I may not be able to input on a computer

Contras:

If the App on our phones could also create tasks, instead of just add to existing ones, that would be extremely helpful

Great, easy to use software for consulting invoicing

Comentarios: TimeSolv was the answer for our consulting business. Easy to capture billable hours and expenses and easy to invoice customers.

Puntos a favor:

The invoicing features are very easy to use. What used to take me hours to prepare / process invoices, now takes me about a 1/4 of the time.The features for recording billable hours and expenses is very easy to use.

Contras:

If the product was a little easier to integrate with other systems, that would be nice.

Incredibly User-Friendly

Comentarios: TimeSolv has been a life saver for our firm! It is faster, easier, more customizable, and less expensive than Tabs3 that we were using--plus the customer service is unheard of in our day and age.

Puntos a favor:

I love that I can easily navigate the program. I figured how to do all the basic functions I needed within about 10 minutes on my own, without help. If you can do a Google search or use Facebook, you can use this program!

Contras:

TimeSolv's conversion team was phenomenal. The difficulty was getting our data converted from Tabs3 because of how we did it (we didn't transfer all data, only some of the attorneys' data). This meant we did have to do some manual data entry to complete the conversion. It would have been great not to have to do that. But it was such a small thing in comparison to all the benefits of TimeSolv. And it was only a one-time thing.

Very user friendly time keeping and billing software

Comentarios: Overall, excellent. We love TimeSolv as a firm.

Puntos a favor:

Very user friendly. Easy to use. Intuitive. Helpful customer service.

Contras:

There are certain things that could be added that would make it better/easier to use. For example, I'd like to be able to select multiple time entries and delete or manipulate them at one time. I would also like to be able to edit time entries without losing the original number of hours billed.

Superior to TimeSlips

Puntos a favor:

I was a loyal TimeSlips user for 20 years, and before that I used TABS. Four years ago, I needed a cloud based billing application with features not offered by TimeSlips. I also wanted an application that had a friendly user interface, could generate reports that I was accustomed to using, would not charge me annual maintenance fees, and could import my historical TimeSlips data. TimeSolv was the answer! I love it.

Contras:

The reports are not exactly the same as the ones I had been used to over 20 years with TimeSlips, but close enough. The TimeSolv reports look better.

Comentarios: Good - TimeSolv gives me the basics of what I needed for client time tracking and staff time tracking simultaneously

Puntos a favor:

The ability to track staff time for clients at the same time as staff worked hours

Contras:

The Payroll hours for my staff is a lot of work to get when they started and when they ended so I can pay them - Invoice creation has too many steps

Fullfills my Needs

Comentarios: I have only been using the program for 3 months of billing. I expect that over time I will tweak it to work better for me.

Puntos a favor:

It had more options of similar programs for customizing the bill formate.

Contras:

It has lots of options. I have not explored all of them. I expect to in the future and tweak the program to work better for me. On the con side, so may options make it difficult to set up in the first instance.

The best I’ve tried!

Comentarios: Top of the line. Uncomplicated and accurate. Actually helps me see how my business is doing in moments. Intuitively easy to use.

Puntos a favor:

Ease of use and the support online when needed.

Contras:

Incompatibility in screen sharing with Mac.

Comentarios: I am very pleased overall.

Puntos a favor:

Entering time for our attorney's is a pleasure with TimeSolve compared to pclaw. Updating and moving time entries around is very user friendly. Editing and creating invoices is also so much easier with this product. I am able to easily figure out how to access features and apply them where and when I want them. I love the Chat portion of the customer service experience. And today I had a TimeSolv Support Meeting with [sensitive content hidden] and they were amazing! They fixed everything for us on the spot even though our meeting went over our time slot and were so friendly and helpful while helping me out. Really great customer service and support.

Contras:

My lease favorite part is searching for a matter when I am creating an invoice. I often have to try various ways - client/matter numbers, key words, scrolling - before I can find what I want.

Contras:

The software as is really is functional and in my opinion doesn't need any improvement

Comentarios: Overall it has been positive.

Puntos a favor:

The amount of white space makes it easier for users to enter their own time.

Contras:

I do not like some of the reporting features under reports. However, recently TimeSolv did an upgrade and some of the information we needed can now be found in the dashboard under financials, available to people with admin rights.

Comentarios: This helps me account for my time with clients, paying myself from client accounts, and accurately billing clients with description of services rendered.

Puntos a favor:

Ease of use with entering time spent on a project/client. Invoicing to clients is very easy.

Contras:

Invoices to not account for time spent after a payment is made.

Great, easy-to-use billing software

Puntos a favor:

It's easy to boot up, easy to use, easy to call up client matters for billing, has a lot of features that come in handy.

Contras:

It's a little difficult to figure out what you've already billed on a particular matter, as it seems you have to actually create an invoice to see that info and then delete the invoice once you've reviewed what you want to review.

Happy with product

That it says "No Charge" on the bill when it's a no charge item.

There isn't anything - I have been happy with all items I've tried.

We like the look and the intuitive nature of the program. It is simple for attorneys to enter time and the billing is working well, with even my split billing

I wish I could go into a file and enter time from it or expenses instead of going in and out of the file.

Extremely happy with TimeSolv

Comentarios: Very satisfied with TimeSolv. Much simpler getting bills out, tracking payments, and monitoring firm productivity.

Puntos a favor:

Easy integration into small practice of 3 attorneys; transition was great and received a lot of support from TimeSolv. Billing is simple and convenient. Also appreciate the ability to easily track productivity and matter progress. Also, customer support with any questions has been outstanding. I get prompt email responses to any questions that arise, as well as fast and very competent support over zoom.

Contras:

I would like to see statements printed with invoices, instead of two separate steps.

The cost is very reasonable and the billing features save me and my assistant so much time. Customer service is outstanding.

The customer service is A+ and you never ever feel any question isn't necessary. This is a well educated team and we are new, but extremely happy with our choice.

Contras:

The integration has been difficult and I believe there is a learning curve, but we are coming from very old software, so it was expected. So far, no dislikes.

The software is powerful and yet easy to use at the same time. It can also be easily configured to meet individual needs.

Contras:

Calendaring features need work. The ability to manage a group calendar and sync with Outlook would be helpful. Printing features would also be helpful.

Must Buy Time Tracking Software

Comentarios: See above. Ease of use combined with excellent support.

Puntos a favor:

Before buying this software I tried three different programs. This was by far the most user friendly. An extra bonus is that the support is beyond excellent. Prompt communication, knowledgeable techs, and most of all patience.

Contras:

There are no cons as far as I'm concerned.
