Comentarios: En algún proyecto lo hemos elegido en vez de Mailchimp, para cambiar y por que es algo más económico. Hace el trabajo básico, pero no puedes pedirle demasiado sin encontrar problemas.

Puntos a favor:

Muy similar a lo que otras herramientas de marketing pueden hacer sin problemas. Creación de campañas utilizando un editor visual, creación de encuestas, A/B testing, etc.

Contras:

Creo que las partes más negativas son la atención al cliente, que no soluciona casi nunca un problema en una interacción, y por otro lado en algunos casos hay problemas al mostrar emails en dispositivos móviles (responsive), y exportar un email en HTML puede ser problemático. Por último, a la hora de integrar técnicamente con algún sistema, puede ser complicado.

Comentarios: Nuestra empresa tenia que promocionar una campaña, y decidieron hacerlo via email. Yo ya habia usado Constant Contact en otras oportunidades con otros clientes, asi que recomende la plataforma. Fue perfecto para nuestras necesidades.

Puntos a favor:

El programa es muy facil de utilizar y muy intuitivo. Ademas la plataforma asegura el envio y entrega del email, mas el seguimiento de estadisticas.

Contras:

El software en general me ha gustado mucho. Creo que si tuviera que sugerir alguna contra, seria que si bien ofrece variados templates, se necesita un conocimiento basico de programacion html/css para personalizar esos templates. En mi caso soy programador y no me afecta, pero he tenido pedidos de ayuda de gente que les resulta dificil la personalizacion de los templates

Comentarios: Utilizamos el producto poco tiempo ya que no era funcional para nosotros el tener que estar llamando a USA o esperar años a que alguien nos atendiera en español.

Que al ser una empresa americana, su sede está allá y el soporte técnico es horrible. Sí tienen un call center en español pero aún así contactarlos está súper complicado

Muy fácil de usar a pesar de tener tantas opciones útiles para enviar correo masivo. Es muy fácil de subir tus contactos. La herramienta para elaborar tu correo es increíble, con muchas opciones y plantillas muy fácil de usar. Es un producto super maduro y siempre a la vanguardia. También me gusta mucho que tiene una opción para quienes no tenemos el recurso necesario para las opciones de pago, pero que tiene todo el potencial de la herramienta.

Contras:

No hay algo en específico que no me guste. Lo que sucede es que existen otras herramientas con características muy similares que tienen un menor costo. Algunas incluso de un solo pago.

Comentarios: Pricing might be competitive, but as a developer, it's not quite a nice experience integrating the email client. Specially when you are a developer trying to integrate it to your website. More in particular Elementor Pro integration. Hoping they already have reconciled this issue.

Just like any other email marketing tool, they can do the job. No complaints. Email creation for fast email campaign is a breeze. Templates are as well handfuls to choose from. Drag and drop features as well. And it seems that they have much more responsive email system compared to other clients. Besides, you can use there service for user registration, A/B Testing and surveys.

Contras:

First off, Constant Contact can do the job. No Problem. The problem comes when you deep dive into there system - technically taxing, not so user friendly interface, hard to implement branding etc... Bugs, of course. When you drag a widget, it won't appear on the canvass. Exporting HTML version of the email is also a pain.

Constant Contact goes above and beyond the minimum expected of an email management software to not only ensure messages are delivered timely and effectively, but that creation tools and list management tools are up to date and able to make for quality products.

Contras:

After a rate increase, we now currently are in a position where there is no price difference between base and premium tiers, which feels unhelpful when we do not need nor did we request the additional features. There is also a significant gap in the analytics we would want in a pro-tier email marketing service.

A solid choice for email marketing

The email builder is intuitive, almost anyone on our team can make great looking emails with little effort. The ability to wrap your clients accounts underneath yours as an agency is fantastic and helps us cut down on having to log into so many client accounts.

Contras:

We have not run into many issues with this software. Although it should be said that our agency mostly uses this for monthly email newsletters for our clients, so we have not used the more advanced features of the software extensively.

Comentarios: The team was great in getting us set up as non-profit with reduced pricing. Using their analytic tools for our website and social media has been an added benefit for us.

Constant Contact is easy to learn, use and gather reports. The functionality is great and helps eliminate duplicating work. We love the ability to drop in a you tube video, conduct surveys and gather RSVPs.

Contras:

Only frustrating part is being signed out of account, but still being able to make changes. You don't know that your time has expired until you go to save the changes.

Comentarios: Customer service has always been helpful, especially when trying to figure out why specific customers are not receiving messages. There is strong automation capability, but we haven't utilized it to its potential.

Contras:

Formatting of text styles is clunky and time consuming. There is the ability to apply headline and body text styles to some elements, but it is not intuitive at all. Management of bounced/suspended email addresses is not intuitive or informative.

Don’t sleep on Constant Contact!!!!

Comentarios: We love Constant Contact! The decision to switch to CC last year was the best decision that we made all year! It’s made our lives so much easier and we are definitely reaching more people!

Ease of use Beautifully organized with list/ calendar views, folders, and list management attributes Automated social media and email scheduling Campaign management Landing pages Forms Lead Ads Reporting both original and resends in detail with drill downs so that you can see who exactly clicked!

Contras:

There is some room for improvement in the ability to tag other pages in the social media posting section. When I post, I have to leave the site to find the social handles of the people/businesses that I’m trying to tag. If it could auto populate like it does in the social media sites that would be amazing! More lead ad options other than just Facebook. Integrate with AirTable!

Comentarios: Overall, I like their niche. They are not trying to be something they are not and they have made huge improvements over the years to the GUI Interface.

The ease of making a custom email was exactly what we were looking for. We send out a Holiday greeting each year (we buy 2 months worth of CC every year). Once we have made a solid contacts.csv file the rest is really drag and drop. Also, a CC representative threw in a sample email that looks like our website...it was pretty neat, but not Holiday appropriate. Overall, our Holiday email goes out without a hitch and we get some nice reporting on the back-end that helps us for next year.

Contras:

My only pet-peeve is if you want to cancel the subscription, you have to go through a sales rep. Slightly annoying in our case. However, all the reps were friendly and low pressure. We were able to cancel in one phone call.

Comentarios: Overall a great product, easy to use, and functional. its minor limitations are countered by functionality, reliability, and the features it offers. The price is sometimes a turnoff when compared to other marketing email providers. CC offers easy to use templates that are almost fully customizable. Lots of extra features including campaigns, events, registrations, sign up forms etc. There are plenty of HELP menu items and tutorials. Love that there is no limit on the number of emails sent monthly. Overall a great go to product!

As an email marketing solution, CC fits most small to medium business owners needs with plenty of easy to edit templates, branded emails, newsletters, calendars, event apps, and website integrations. Additionally, business owners can set up events and registrations via the app. The templates are easy to use with varied options and designs. For more experienced handlers, HTML is available to set up templates. Emails offer clients and recipients the opportunity to opt out or stay tuned while landing the emails in their in box rather than their spam filters . Analytics are a plus and helpful to see what works and what doesn't in an email campaign. CC also integrates social media platforms. Overall it is a great all-in-one marketing tool.

Contras:

While the software is generally easy to use, it is not intuitive and does on occasion produce glitchy results from missing images to random changes in text, font, and email structure. I do like the tiered pricing structure, although find CC to be far more expensive than their competitors. One of my biggest complaints is the placement of images - it doesn't really allow flexibility in design - if you are ok with their more cookie cutter template designs then its a 5 star - but the ability to place images becomes tedious and reduces the functionality. Overall the program is a go and worth the expense even if the image placement issues are annoying.
