Comentarios: Excellent customer support. The team really listens to customer feedback, their webinars are super in depth and top notch. The team is a solid as the product.

Puntos a favor:

First, the UI/UX is really great and reminds a LOT of Typeform. It's super snappy, no lags, super crisp looking a real pleasure for the eyes. Honestly, if do a blind test most will think it's Typeform. Crazy. Second, the range of options are staggering, I couldn't even list them all here, seriously: - video forms, you can collect customer feedback - video chat bubble for lead generation is pretty unique for a form builder - translation API for quickly translating your form in other languages - lots of native integrations (Gmail, Outlook, Airtable, and many more...), without counting Zapier and Webhooks. - The flow builder is super rich with a breadth of options, you can also do conversational forms and so much more. There is so much options that it almost appeals to add a visual flow builder at some point. Third, the analytics are one of the best I have seen and will convince any corporate clients: extremely detailed visual reports, GeoIp collection with world map representation by country, you can compare answers for each question and even better: sentiment analysis.

Contras:

Nothing. to be more specific Qwary is so fully fledge that you almost with it had a visual flow builder. The conditional form building is almost limitless. Having also way to visual representation of those condition would be awesome.

Comentarios: I'm very happy with Qwary's quality, functionality, and pricing. In terms of quality, it is on par with the big players like Typeform (or even better). The only drawback is its lack of native integrations which I believe will be developed in the near future. Qwary is definitely a must-have for entrepreneurs and founders.

Qwary is very easy to use. Simple and clean UI. It is built mainly for NPS and CSAT survey but with creativity, you can expand its capabilities for multiple use cases including market survey, consumer behaviour survey, and even as a simple sign up form. Qwary also has built-in video survey feature which will boost the survey completion rate, especially when none of your competitors is using such a thing. Moreover, it also has branching logic and a video bubble feature like VideoAsk. When getting started, they have many templates for different use cases as an inspiration. If you want quick deployment, just pick a template and give it a little bit of tweaking here and there and you are good to go.

Contras:

The integration is very limited and requires Zapier. For small businesses, we can't afford Zapier. I hope they build more native integrations with CRM, ESPs, and other automation tools like Integromat and Pabbly Connect.

The Swiss Knife of Professional Survey.

Comentarios: I actually use Qwary for both my business and hobby forms/survey. It is that flexible. The analytics functions and conditional logics are straight forward and do everything they are supposed to do. The ability to use video in the form is the next level. Qwary simply can do everything you can imagine.

Puntos a favor:

I have used Qwary for almost 5 months now, and it has been very pleasant. UI/UX are very simple and intuitive. Everything looks nice and clean. There are so many features, yet all the steps are easy to figure out immediately. What I really love about Qwary is that, while it has all the punches of professional survey with all the analytics and such, it is flexible and full of so many features that you can make enjoyable and refreshing survey especially with the video ability. Qwary can just do it all. The amount of features are more than I could ask for. Lastly, the video bubble/widget that was recently implemented is so awesome and put Qwary to the next level.

Contras:

For professional surveys, I think this is perfect. But since Qwary is so flexible that it can be used in many other ways, I would love to see some more of a modern and colours in the templates/designs. It is not vital, but it could win a lot more admirer. Undeniably first impression and look are very important. Some of my friends that I recommend Qwary were not impressed at the beginning because of the UI/design. They said it is not as beautiful as some other forms without knowing that Qwary is far more powerful than those they mentioned.

Like Typeform, but with higher potential

Comentarios: I made the transition from Typeform to Qwary and the process is more or less the same. When it comes to creating, designing, and form interface, there are many parallels to be drawn. The things that stand out to me the most are the video features and outstanding customer service. There is a lot of value here, especially for the price of the lifetime deal and I look forward to using Qwary as part of my marketing mix moving forward.

- On par with Typeform - Easy to use, especially if you're coming from Typeform, it's almost identical - Outstanding and fast customer support - Video recording directly from the form

Contras:

- Lack of URL customization - Can be buggy and requires work on the CS end - Unable to create line breaks in the description section for questions - Limited integrations but can be solved via Webhooks

Comentarios: Excellent Product! The SAAS form space is very competitive and Qwary is definitely on the cutting edge choice as they are investing efforts on building artificial intelligence. Qwary simplifies market research and time building effective survey with modern clean design templates.

Nice looking surveys that can be created very easily. The customization options are perfect to stay on brand, and both simple and complex surveys can be created quickly. There is also a lot of possibility for sharing your survey.

Contras:

The autosave feature.. while editing the survey, there's not save button because everything is saved instantly but sometimes, it feels unsure if it's correctly saved (even if it is).

Comentarios: Simply Wow. Easy-peasy. I love what Qwary is offering and a very reasonable price. It truly is a solid, feature rich platform for surveys, feedbacks.

Qwary is a great tool for creating surveys and collecting feedback. It provides loads of pre-designed templates, however Qwary's interface is very simple to use which allows to easily customize the form to your heart's content. Also, it provides a number of options to deploy/distribute your form like QR code, via FB messenger and many more. The reports generated are also very rich in data and visually pleasing.

Contras:

I am yet(hope not :-) to find any major flaw as such in Qwary. I would be even more pleased to see pre-designed templates for the mobile-Portrait mode in particular. All templates work fine in landscape mode but in portrait mode it becomes a bit bland. I could be doing something wrong here so please do not consider this as a flaw.

Comentarios: I'm using them for quick success stories and feedback from my clients on projects I have done for them.

Puntos a favor:

First, the developer really is trying to make an amazing app (I think they already did), but you can tell from the way they answer and how knowledgeable they are on the tool, they are really paying attention to what the clients are asking, I have already seen a couple updates during my short time with the tool. The surveys look amazing, I have a couple survey like tools that work but does not look as good as Qwary, this surveys look great, then there is also the templates they already have, I have used a couple already

Contras:

Nothing so far that I disliked, I would have liked more credits but this is probably more than what I will ever need.

Qwary est un excellent outil pour développer des sondages et recueillir des commentaires.Il propose de nombreux modèles préconçus, mais l' interface Qwary est assez conviviale , ce qui permet de personnaliser facilement le formulaire en fonction de vos besoins.De plus, il offre une variété d' alternatives pour envoyer votre formulaire via Facebook Messenger, y compris un code QR .Les rapports générés sont également assez riches en données et esthétiquement agréables.

Contras:

L' analyse du sentiment français doit être améliorée .Parfois, les résultats sont vagues et nécessitent également une analyse humaine .Mettez les questions ensemble dans un groupe sur la page manquante pour aujourd'hui.Il faut un certain temps pour répondre à une question sur chaque page lorsqu'il y a plusieurs questions dans l' enquête.Je conseille fortement d'arrêter car cette fonctionnalité sera un ajout utile pour aider à réduire le taux d' attrition des répondants .

Another way in conducting surveys

Comentarios: I can say that our overall experience with Qwary is really satisfying. We gain a lot of time in building original surveys for us and for our clients.

Puntos a favor:

There is 3 features i like the most in Qwary: - videos and images integration within the surveys giving them an animated touch - AI surveys translations to a lot of different languages saving us a lot of valuable time - Sentiment Analysis feature to help us identify our respondent feelings to our services Qwary has a friendly user interface simple to understand. It is really easy to build a survey within minutes and share it within seconds through different channels. You can even record your questions videos without leaving the platform.

Contras:

The french sentiment analysis needs to be improved. The results are not accurate sometimes and needs a human analysis too. Gather questions in one group on one page is missing today. When you have a lot of question in your survey, it is long to answer one question per page. This feature will be a good add-on to reduce the attrition rate of respondents.

Comentarios: It has been great! I love the software and I am very happy with the customer support I have received whenever I had questions or ran into a problem.

I like the ease of use, the available templates, the UI, and the ease of use for clients/customers.

Contras:

The sentiment collection does not understand my clients. My clients give feedback containing what issues they have struggled with and how my service has helped them. So when they write about their struggles, the software assumes that it is something negative about my service. It would be nice I could somehow override this. At the same time it is not crucial for me or my business.

Comentarios: I've been using it to gather feedback for my events, market research for my upcoming products and also feedback about my onboarding processes. Before Qwary I had to use other tools such as Typeform and VideoAsk, and now I'm using a unique tool with all those features and more. Very happy with the service!

Qwary has helped me to gather all my customers' feedback with an awesome UI aligned to my brand. I've been able to exceed my customer service levels since using Qwary. The UI/UX is terrific. Everything is easy to understand and anyone can start using this tool in no-time. Also, Customer Service is second to none. They are always very responsive and helpful.

Contras:

Although they just announced a new Google Sheets integration, I'd like to see more native integrations with other tools such as Power BI and Integromat.

I used Marquiz previously, which had a very attractive front end UI, but the reporting and analytics were non existent. Qwary has brought the best of both. The logic is really useful to personalise and I love the variety of question and answer types.

Contras:

The URLS. A typical survey URL is [SENSITIVE CONTENT] which somewhat removed the benefit of Cname.

UI / UX was very intuitive and smooth, and the forms are beautiful! I've many form saas tool but Qwary stands out from the rest i have in my stash. Video feedback is the next upcoming hype that will change the world of marketing! Do not hesitate and quickly buy Qwary, strongly recommend you to buy it! Oh, btw they have a ton of templates to choose from. Each form is highly customizable to fit your branding. Overall i would say this is a pretty solid tool that will fit most of your survey and form requirements.

Contras:

Currently its only comes with zapier integration, would love to see more webhooks or native integrations

Amazing Tool for User Feedback with an amazing team!

Found Qwary to be an excellent tool for collecting user feedback and love their clean user interface. It is quite easy to get started with Qwary even if you have not used a conversational form before. Easy to integrate and send it to your customers within its platform. Their NPS & Text Analysis is something that stands out, in particular. The team is very responsive and flexible, as a matter of fact, when we first started using it, they addressed our queries in a matter of few minutes. I love the fact, that if you send in a product request they personally follow up which is quite rare to see. The Saas meets all the expectations and allowed us to switch from expensive plans to something more affordable without losing out on any features.

Contras:

We have not really found anything that we do not like about the platform. The tool is new so we are very eager to see how this platform grows and what business problems it can solve.

Quick survey solution to generate customer experience result

Comentarios: To learn what customers needs, what they think about our service, I need to establish a survey and questionnaire for them. Previously I used survey monkey, after switching Qwery , it helps me to create custom surveys in a very tillte time. with a Video survey, it is easier to get close to customers. Qwery also has answer comparison and sentiment analysis, it gives me the upper hand to select my next action. Adding an image in survey form generate more value for my customer, besides with a ready template I need less time to create a survey for my users.

Puntos a favor:

Easy Dashboard and interface, did not need special training to use, have the option to embedded in my website.Qwary has well built-in templates to ease my work. Most importantly it is very easy to prepare a survey and send that to my customer for answering. Video integration is a great integration for this app, Just awesome. Support is so cool and fast, responds within an hour.

Contras:

For now, I don't have any complaint about Qwary. If they provide tutorials for each portion, it will be more valuable for us.

Powerful, beautiful UI, fantastic UX

It's much more affordable than Typeform (the market-leader of the niche), and there are little to no drawbacks using Qwary even though Typeform is a much more mature platform. The UI is very clean and intuitive. The pre-made templates are well-thought out and easy to use. The best part is you have NPS bundled in. Something you don't see very often as I'd consider it an enterprise-level feature.

Contras:

None. I do want some extra features, but that's not exactly a negative experience.

Almost Great. Qwary is off to a great start

I love that Qwary gives the power of building easy to use surveys like Typeform. This lowers the overall cost for gather research because Qwary’s pricing is much lower than Typeform. Qwary also allows easy collect of data through forms that are shareable by email, text and messenger.

Contras:

What I like least about Qwary is the lack of SMTP email options. When sending surgery’s directly through the platform, it sends through Qwary’s email. This should be improved to allow adding of my own SMTP. This will improve the customer experience and deliverability.

Comentarios: We have been very happy, have migrated from Feedier, which just isn't as flexible or as pretty a front end UX/UI.

Puntos a favor:

It's flat out sexy design. We needed a B2C form solution that was modern looking, and had the logic and control to get the data.

Contras:

No serious cons yet, they are swamped right now and catching up on support. So the downside we've seen is their KB docs are behind the app. But chat support is generally quick.

Comentarios: Pretty easy to use and seamless. I think once I use it more often I will be able to explore the full range of features.

Good range of options. I was looking for something to take me away from surveymonkey and this seems to have what I need

Contras:

The reports seem to collect details even when a survey hasn't been completed but just started or viewed. That may be a settings issue on my part but that shouldn't happen really.

Hello Kolarele, We allow partial submissions by default and that's why it is showing up on your reports. We will soon introduce a flag that will allow you to turn off partial submissions. I liked facility of using videos in survey which make it really conversational besides typeform like one question visibility at a time. Further I am excited about the upcoming feature of getting video reviews for clients using survey

I would request custom domain facility in the survey which is currently not available.

Comentarios: Support has been exceptional too.

I wasn't expecting Qwary to be a Typeform beater, but they have really over delivered and developed a slick product. From the dashboard the UI/UX is clean, super fast and easy to navigate. This for me shows the developers know what their customer likes, wants and needs for fast production. The video forms compete with the best and add tremendous value to me.

Contras:

CNAME still on its way, and need more integrations. But based on the feedback so far, no doubt they will continue to develop these priorities. Additional templates would also be beneficial.

Need integration that allows for responses to be directly taken to a google sheet as the reporting on app can be messy. Also cant add another company email or email to notifications!
