Contras:

La ayuda no está personalizada. Disponen de mucha información que consultar, pero es complejo encontrar con un agente que te ayude con dudas específicas.

Software de contabilidad que sincroniza con tu cuenta bancaria

Comentarios: Es compatible con todo tipo de celulares y computadoras, facilitando el acceso y uso de los usuarios.

Puntos a favor:

La relación costo-beneficio es excelente, por un muy bajo desembolso se obtiene un paquete que te permite administrar clientes, proveedores, inventario y finanzas.

Contras:

Es muy útil para empresas pequeñas y medianas, las grandes están por fuera de su alcance.

Es una gran opción

Comentarios: Estamos en el negocio usando QuickBooks para resolver problemas todos los días. El seguimiento de la nómina es más eficiente que los registros en papel porque mi oficina no llevaban un buen control con las nominas.

Lo que más me gusta de QuickBooks Online Advanced es que le facilita a los contadores a hacer sus facturaciones . Las organizaciones hacen un seguimiento de las cosas que son más revelantes a la hora de trabajar y para mi es un buen sistema ya que soy independiente en mi trabajo.

Contras:

Lo más inútil de QuickBooks en línea es que nadie está ahí para ti, pero la línea de soporte es absolutamente increíble, como si alguien estuviera ahí para ti. Su sistema de apoyo también es el número uno.

Iam a happy user of QuickBooks Online Advanced. It is a pocket friendly tool and I amazes me with the much I use it for yet at a reasonable cost. Also it was soo easy to adopt and absolutely easy to use. It is reliable and flexible that it allows me access financial books from my smartphone anytime anywhere. It is also easy to track cashflows through creation and sending of quotes and invoices to get paid instantly. And sales tracking and expenses and receipt sorting which are all in one place. Creating financial reports therefore become soo easy and accurate

Contras:

No errors, just a blend of incredible financial reporting functionalities that I enjoy

QuickBooks is not like it used to be

Comentarios: I enjoyed it more 5 years ago, now it is expensive, not great and takes more time to do, and support is really not helpful.

Puntos a favor:

I like how the banks can import the charges in QB, and how invoices can be paid directly.

Contras:

When I change charges/expenses to one it changes all of them even if I have set up rules. When doing payroll that is awful, I have to manually change them and pull a report to do so.

Good, could be great

Comentarios: Positive, the support line was okay, their sales teams and implementation teams need to be on the same page. Some features we were sold on were not met

Easy to enter information for payroll and accounting, can make mass changes in easy steps. System is very automated and less manual

Contras:

No T4 Processing capabilities - this is a major let down.

Stellar Help Team

Comentarios: I have had a couple of reasons to reach out to the Help Team in the last couple of months. I was impressed with the speed and clarity of the responses! Really helpful.

Overall navigation and menu layout could use some improvements.

QB Online Advanced - More Advanced than its Competition

Comentarios: Very happy with this product because it allows for my business customization, not just your "Box Software" that you have to make concessions for because it won't do what you want it to. You can set up however you like and get the most out of your work time.

Puntos a favor:

Easily accessed from anywhere and that made it very convenient for me when traveling

Contras:

Wish I could have increased fonts when using my phone. Using a phone is least preferred because screen size is so small and text harder to read

QuickBooks is essential for our business!

Quickbooks review

Comentarios: Great! We did have to learn how to use it from our accountant, but once we got routines in place it is easy to use. Love that it connects directly to the bank account and pulls charges in to be categorized

Puntos a favor:

Quickbooks is easy to use and keeps all my finances in one place. Love that we can add our accountant onto the account to help manage taxes easily.

Contras:

It is hard to learn at first in terms of linking credit cards appropriately to a parent card and learning about journal entries, opening balance equity, and splitting a charge to categorize. It would be nice if they had easy to understand tutorials for non accountant small business owners who do their own books

Professional experience all by myself

Comentarios: Very good. Self taught myself. Easy to flow through. I looked forward to work everyday just to learn something new. Loved when everything clicked.

New To Office Management Made Easy!

Puntos a favor:

There are so many tutorial videos on the QuickBooks YouTube channel which makes training yourself in Office / Business Management is not very difficult! During my first few months as Office Manager at our small business, we used QB Desktop; I prefer the updated look that the Online version has compared to the Desktop App version.

Contras:

When switching from Desktop App to Online Advanced, there were some features we lost. I used Sales Orders as the initial auto / marine mechanic work order form so as to let my technicians know what vehicle/boat needed what work. I am not very upset about losing this feature because we ended up subscribing to ARI software to create our work orders (as well as keep saved vehicle / marine information saved with specific customers). I also would prefer that QB Online had customization abilities.

Comentarios: I enjoy using this software and have saved a lot of time with bringing all things into one location. Plus handing over reports and data to the accountant has been a breeze since using this.

I do not love the price per user and would like to see a group discount or something.

QBO needs to be your go-to

QuickBooks online's ease of use makes it a perfect accounting solution for everyone from new business owners with little to know accounting knowledge to CPA's

While it tries to make things easier some of the defaults are a bit confusing to the accountant

Veteran User of QBO

Comentarios: Overwhelmingly positive. I find it very intuitive. It does the job and I enjoy using the software. It doesn't frustrate me.

Puntos a favor:

The reporting is good, the system is robust, the bank rec works, a lot can be automated, I use the payroll feature too which saves a lot of time.

Contras:

The pension connection keeps not sinking so I manually have to go to the NEST website to enter in the numbers.

Pretty good, not CRM valuable

Comentarios: The support staff help, overall the software does a pretty good job with most tasks I need to complete, but would be nice to include all the CRM features so I don't have multiple subscriptions

Puntos a favor:

Really is the only software most CPA's are familiar with. Pretty easy to use and leave is mind that it's always backed up in the cloud.

Contras:

Still doesn't do a great job as CRM, so have to get third party software that communicates well with this one

We love it and use it almost every day for our business

Comentarios: We love Quickbooks Online Advanced and it’s the only option for us when it comes to our tax prep, invoicing, bookkeeping and getting paid.

Puntos a favor:

We love how easy it is to coordinate with our CPA, invoice our clients, and get paid easily and quickly. We tried so many other options and this was the obvious choice for us.

Contras:

It is a very busy dashboard and menu system. It may be because we don’t need all the functions for our business, but it has a lot going on when you first log on and before you learn exactly what you need.

Automating over 95% of manual accounting procedures is what I like most about QuickBooks Online Advanced since I save time.

Contras:

QuickBooks Online Advanced has no notable bug at the moment.

QuickBooks Online Advanced makes it super easy for me to create, customize and send invoices. I also like that QBOA match payments with POS and invoices to detect discrepancies prior to sending.

Contras:

Ever since I implemented QuickBooks Online Advanced, I have never come across any bug.

Comentarios: I've only been using quick books for about 2 months. We recently just switched over to this at my job.

Being able to view/print, your pay stubs, W2, or, any type of tax information you need to view.

Contras:

There's nothing that I dislike, but, I've had many issues wben viewing my stubs, or tax info, the entire app stays on a blank white screen. Other than that, I like using QuickBooks!
