Es fácil de usar, tiene muy buenas funciones que las cuales me gustaria seguir trabajando TIENE aplicación mobile el trabajo es más sencillo

Contras:

La parte donde va a facebook es defectuosa, antes se podía poner la información y se iba directamente a marketplace, ahora solo lo comparte en el fan page

Customer service is a dying breed. These people are so friendly and helpful with updates, and tuning your website to what you want. Plus they are always willing to improve and help.

Contras:

That we had to go through 3 other web providers before coming across these. WIX was overpriced and i could never understand their customer service center. They are a loud call center setting with improper english speaking individuals.

Mediocre website

Comentarios: Blah. If better websites weren't an absolute rip-off then I'd switch. If carsforsale was any crappier then I'd just make my own website.

Puntos a favor:

Cheap price, enough functionality to meet my minimum standards. I've tried competitors websites and found that they're either a joke (like a high school kid could've done better) or an absolute ripoff. If carsforsale decides to raise their price then I'd consider dumping them. At least you get what you pay for with carsforsale, and it's definitely a useable product...just not anything in the awesome/great/outstanding category.

Contras:

Not customizable. Poor layout of prefabricated themes. Won't integrate in OEM websites. Not even able to hyperlink to OEM websites. Last time I called customer service, I was basically told that what you see is what you get -- no additions or modifications of layout or options.

Great Option

Comentarios: The transition was pretty easy with a pretty reasonable amount of functions and tracking.

Puntos a favor:

I was with DCS for a long time and by the time it was all said and done with all their add on's I was paying 5x's what I pay with CFS. In addition to the money it is a great basic option for a website with easy integrations and a reasonable amount of backend options.

Contras:

I would love to be able to have a more "custom" home page on the website.

Carsforsale for Dealers

Comentarios: Great customer service & downtime is very rare, but BHPH is simply A NECESSITY for survival in the current market.

Puntos a favor:

The application is simple, user friendly & reliable, plus; the website buildout is very good.

Contras:

The main issue & likely the reason I will discontinue using Carsforsale in the future is it lacks a Buy Here Pay Here user option. When first beginning the business I was not aware that a large percentage of potential customers request BHPH availability before even reviewing our inventory, if that's not available, they simply go elsewhere. If I had been aware of this need initially, I would not have selected Carsforsale as my DMS.

Comentarios: Very happy, see my only three gripes above, not critical issues, helpful customer service, easy to use, best price, slick looking site, better than the competition.

Puntos a favor:

Best value for the money, better looking product than most, easy to use, customers have positive results using the site.

Contras:

1) having to take extra steps to add a "banner" to a listing photo. 2) inability to not disable the "loan calculator", since we are a cash lot and do not offer financing, it has caused some confusion with customers, 3) lack of ability to delete/close text and phone call leads.

Comentarios: The site is user friendly and the leads seam accurate and are immediately sent after a potential customer sends a request for more detail. Time is essential. The only is the amount of leads is less then other competitors.
