Being able to change data readily without the fear of losing history builds confidence.
Anything we disliked was either changed as a recommendation from another customer or for us. They continue to work hard to ensure this software is everything you need and more.

Genial programa para la gestión del mantenimiento
Puntos a favor:
Facilidad de introducción de datos (piezas, activos, PMs,...), es muy intuitivo en su manejo, permite gestionar de manera muy fácil las órdenes de trabajo, gestión de piezas e inventario muy sencilla, fácil planificación de trabajo. La opción de los tableros personalizados es muy buena. Permite sacar cualquier dato que necesites en el formato que uno quiera de piezas, costes, órdenes de trabajo, planificación, etc... de manera muy sencilla. Dispone de un excelente servicio al cliente
Contras:
El buscador es mejorable sobre todo en la app móvil.
Herramienta para Integrar Areas
Comentarios: Tiene muchas aplicaciones y se puede acceder a los datos cargados y analizados desde diferentes areas

Que puedo cargar y acceder a numerosos datos de diferentes areas
Contras:
Que es util solo si se lo utiliza como unico software
Excelente herramienta administrativa

Puedo optimizar las actividades de mantenimiento para reducir costos, gestiona mi inventario para una mayor eficiencia y complementa con el seguimiento a los recursos, es muy completa

Depronto mayor respuesta de parte de soporte pero son muy pocas veces

Es bastante fácil de usar y muy útil. Mejor de algunos que había utilizado anteriormente

Quizas lo que menos me ha gustado el es coste mensual, pero de momento merece la pena

Es facil de hacer una WO muy amigable y en el movil trabaja maravilloso.
Contras:
Me gustaria que se ordenara por numero de WO y que pueda imprimirlas diciendo del 1 al 10 (por ejemplo) y no de una en una.

Reliability starts with a good CMMS.
Puntos a favor:
Limble has been instrumental in implementing a maintenance reliability program here at RIE. As a power user and for the operators submitting work requests, the Limble system is user-friendly. I like that anyone can submit a work request without needing to log into Limble, and I like that the requestors get updates on the work requests they submit. Customer service for Limble is remarkable, and my CSM [sensitive content hidden] always answers my questions in a very timely fashion. [sensitive content hidden]did an excellent job teaching me the ropes of Limble, and I am very pleased to have those training recordings and all the great training on Limble's YouTube channel.
Contras:
I have not found anything I dislike about Limble. It is extremely customizable, so if there is something you don't like or you want to add something, you are more than likely able to change/add those things in Limble.

Limble, it just works!
Comentarios: So far, the ease of use, amazing support, has make implementing processes and equipment very easy.

The ease of use between the app and the website, makes implementation very easy for all users to pick and use. In addition, the visibility into the equipment records makes this program great to manage equipment and work requests very intuitive.
Contras:
So far, I have zero cons to report. This program is very easy to use and jump right in to implement.
Limble Review
Comentarios: Very positive experience overall using Limble
Puntos a favor:
Limble makes it easier to submit service tickets for the production floor. It is much more user friendly than what we were using before.
Contras:
I have not been using it long enough to have any criticisms yet. So far so good.
Simple and easy to understand interface
Comentarios: I mean it’s a management system. Works as intended. Simple system. Doesn’t have the ability to do complex tasks or to configure in a way to keep everything out of the way. I have used way more complex and advanced systems at my previous employers. They are definitely way more advanced but require a much larger learning curve. Decent introductory software.
Puntos a favor:
Simple interface is probably the most I can say about limble. Able to understand easily with almost no learning curve.
Contras:
Drop down set ups and configurations. Not having the ability to assign what shows up for different shifts. Not being able to assign tags and options to assets. It clutters WO’s with useless information.
Simply the Best
Comentarios: My experience with Limble is extremely positive. Especially with the outstanding support of [sensitive content hidden] methodically guiding my team through the configuration. The approach he takes builds upon the previous time spent. There are so many configuration options to choose from but he puts you at ease and works through it with you.
Puntos a favor:
Limble is very flexible and customizable software that we can tailor to our specific site needs. What I love most about Limble is the coaching received from Customer Success Manager [sensitive content hidden]. His friendly approach is very methodical and laid back training my team through the software and configuration stage. His knowledge is impeccable and knows the ins and outs of the system. He even introduced us to features we've never even thought of using! On top of the coaching sessions, he's always available for questions outside of our scheduled meetings!
Contras:
I have not encountered any CON's with Limble

Comentarios: To me Limble represents a pragmatic approach to industrial maintenance tracking - straightforward, efficient, and continuously evolving. Our customer success manager, Ciro consistently follows up, explains features thoroughly, and actively seeks ways to improve our daily experience.
Puntos a favor:
Limble CMMS delivers an intuitive, user-friendly platform for maintenance management. Its thoughtful design simplifies work order tracking and asset management, making it accessible for teams of all technical backgrounds.
Contras:
Although the dashboards lack some functionality, they still provide essential insights and get the job done. AI integration would also be a welcome feature.
MO West product review
Comentarios: Between the support of the chat staff and our account manager [sensitive content hidden] I have had all my questions answered/addressed promptly. [sensitive content hidden] has trained and explained everything in easy to understand terms.
Puntos a favor:
That you can auto assign work requests and assign the request to more than one person. I love the calendar view. The phone app is easy to read.
Contras:
I don't like that you cannot choose more than 1 asset when submitting a work request. I also don't like that when you put the information in the "How can we help?" section that there is no way to make bulleted points. Even if you type them that way it just shows up in paragraph form on the request.
Great system

What I like about Limble is that you can access it from your phone and add pictures.

This is still work in progress. I don't really have anything at the moment

Comentarios: Really good software. Easy to use. User friendly and fast. Customize fields.

What drew me in, personally, was the real time notifications. The previous CMMS we used was the same cost, and yet, not efficient at all. As the production controller, this feature saves the team and I a ton of time. Also, [sensitive content hidden] , our Limble CSM, was very helpful in getting us setup. Very knowledgeable and made the transfer so easy. She has been a delight to work with.
Contras:
This is hard because, 1. I have only been using Limble for about 2 months and there are still a lot of areas I have yet to dive into. 2. Everything has been so simple. From our CSM, [sensitive content hidden] , to transfer and operation, SO FAR, I have only positive remarks to say.

Comentarios: 10/10 experience! I am greatly impressed with my CSM [sensitive content hidden], as well as the whole support Team. I have never waited longer than 15 seconds for a support response. I feel the implementation process is greatly impacted by the quality of the CSM you are assigned and I couldn't ask for a better one! extremely helpful and intelligent. Overall I am very impressed with Limble and constantly refer people to give it a shot!
Puntos a favor:
Vendor management, Work request system, Preventative maintenance, Budget, Ease of use, Simple UI, Fast mobile app, Information tracking, Asset hierarchy, There is a lot to love! Limble has simplified much of my daily work and I appreciate the constant review and updates.
Contras:
Mobile app has been quite glitchy in the past but recently have noticed big improvements. Within asset hierarchy, I feel the UI of dragging to specific "trees" could be greatly improved to make process more efficient.
Limble is a CMMS company
Comentarios: We absolutely love Limble and have never looked back to our old system. The team was very easy to work with and patiently walked us through the crossover from old to new. If you are considering Limble, take the plunge!
Puntos a favor:
The simple visual reporting is exactly what our executive team was looking for in a CMMS. The endless limitations of Limble have been probably one of the biggest surprises for us. The QR codes for our assets. The QR codes that link to schematics and other attachments to assets.
Contras:
My technicians would like to be able to not receive emails from the Limble system when they are not working. We haven't found a simple way to stop those while they are away.
Limble experience & training has been a breeze
Comentarios: My overall experience with Limble had been nothing but topnotch. We know we can always reach out if we have any questions and it wont take long for a response with the answers. We are always able to jump on a zoom call as well if we need help within the program.
Puntos a favor:
Our account manager [sensitive content hidden] has been nothing but amazing through the process of us setting up our limble account. This program was easy to learn, and with the help of Limble we were able to easily set everything up and get the information from our old system easily put into our Limble program.
Contras:
It took some tweaking within the program for us to exactly or close to what we needed so it ran like our old program, but there was always someone there who was able to answer questions when needed and get us the correct instructions on how to so what we were looking to do.
My Limble Journey
Comentarios: Overall, this is an excellent software, it allows me to plan, coordinate, track & execute tasks and manage assets at the same time. Simply speaking.... It is amazing.
Puntos a favor:
I really love the fact that there is a history of all work done with the photo attachments.
Contras:
I don't like that I'm unable to add photos to the purchase orders. I would love to see the history of push notifications that I send out.

Not being able to choose more than one user at a time to record hours

Comentarios: Overall, our experience has started out well. Customer support has been excellent, not only in evaluation/selection phase, but also in setup/transition to implementation, and implementation process. The CSM team has been very supportive.
Puntos a favor:
Mobile accessibility is great, and the system is generally easy to set up and work with.
Contras:
The reporting widgets are somewhat limited. Data can be exported for deeper analysis, but we want to keep as much as possible in the system. Would also like to see a scheduling system and more developed inventory control and replenishment systems.
Made specifically for Maintaining Facilities with the Most Usable and Flexible Database
Comentarios: I recommend Limble to anyone exploring CMMS options. It is simply the best software in all levels of user and implementation.
Puntos a favor:
Limble allowed for a comprehensive system of maintaining, cleaning, sanitizing, and tracking of a complex food production facility, restaurant, and marketplace. The support team are all real people who know the product and respond quickly and completely. The Limble team is open to new ideas and implements new features regularly.
Contras:
There is a level of complexity that many people aren't willing to work through. This is a feature, not a bug and allows for developing more understanding of equipment and facility details.
Maintenance Tracking, Easy Setup, Simple to Use
Comentarios:
In the past, we had problems with some of our technology-challenged staff not using a program because it was too difficult. We haven't had this problem with Limble.
I feel we are much more organized on our service calls. Billing customers is more streamlined. Customers love receiving pictures of the completed work.
Puntos a favor:
The training was spot on—not too much at one time. (Thanks, [sensitive content hidden] !) The setup for exporting the customer list from QuickBooks and uploading it into Limble was easy. I can't wait to use it for our vehicle and equipment maintenance.
Contras:
I can't think of anything off-hand. I will update my review after a year. We are in our 6th month of daily use at this time.
Out of the dark ages
Comentarios: My overall experience with Limble has been very positive. The system works fast and seems to have everything I am looking for in this type of system.

What I like most about Limble is the ease of use, and the dashboards.
Contras:
I haven't ran across anything I don't like yet.
