Comentarios: My overall experience has been great we made the switch a few month ago and my entire team agrees we should have searched for replacement CMMS years ago and joined Limble a lot of issues from our previous CMMS would have been avoided

I like the fact that changing a schedule is drag and drop, can easily get data out from the global dashboard and can get to a granular level to see how effective your team is and which areas are weak that need to be improved.

Contras:

Honestly so far there isn't anything I don't like. If I cant find the information on the Limble YouTube channel or help center I reach out to my CSM or though the help chat and get assistance from [SENSITIVE CONTENT] or [SENSITIVE CONTENT] everyone in the Limble Organization that I have met has always been helpful

Comentarios: The most positive impression was the knowledge of all the people we dialed with. this was also one point of our decision to go with Limble.

Puntos a favor:

The greatest feature they have is the help they over directly in every page you open. Hover over almost anything and you get an explanation popping up. You have many tutorial videos available, and the help chat is super-fast, and it is a real person answering you.It is easy to use, and you find your way through on your own.

Contras:

Since we had a previous CMMS with very little information on assets and spare part inventory, it was hard to find the right way to bulk implement the data. I thought we will have this implementation done by Limble. But this was not the case. On the other hand, it made sense, and we learned a lot already at the beginning with doing it on our own with just their support, which I mentioned already is great.

Comentarios: From start to finish Limble has been there they never gave us information that was incorrect and always got us an answer even if they didn't have it at the time. For technicians they have grasped this software so fast it amazes everyone, setting up our service request portal how we want has strengthened the relationship with our customers (people onsite) so they can request service and know the status without having to ask

They give you the ability to create your own dashboards, track downtime, track inventory and so much more. You set the system up how you want based on what you want to see and its a technicians dream

Contras:

The integration was tough but that was due to the software we came from, they help with the integration in such a way its mainstreamed. So its a positive con :)

Comentarios: Limble has been a great way for us to track our equipment and facility PMs. As well as our techs time.

At first, I thought this was going to over whelming. Any change is always a bit scary for me. Once we started using Limble though its actually really user friendly. Limble offer GREAT customer Service! Plus, they have tutorial videos that are a great help as well.

Contras:

So far there isn't any real issues of not liking Limble. they are in the process of changing it over to Beta. so again its new to me, another change but I am adapting to it daily.

Comentarios: from the free trial to, helping us implement it, to answering random questions we have about setting everything up. my overall experience with limble has been amazing. truly a great product and great support behind it.

there isn't a whole lot i would change. the only thing that is a minor annoyance is some of the drop down menus on the assets are a bit cumbersome. but still useable.

Comentarios: Data collection for us is massive. Previously everything was paper records which was time consuming to work through when we are trying to track down long running issues or looking for maintenance history. This software implementation will ultimately save us a lot of time when we go to plan maintenance tasks but also to very quickly and easily present to senior managers the performance of the equipment and justify why equipment needs replacement

Ski hills have a small budget to work with and integration for us was a big ticket item. The ability for us to integrate some of our existing systems or new systems that we were working on the meet the processes of our business was predominantly what finally sold it for us.

Contras:

Our biggest complaint at the moment would be locating the various templates to work on. Having a template library would be a huge user experience improvement.

Comentarios: LimbleCMMS has been a fantastic all in one tool to keep track of work orders, man hours, and upcoming projects in our Operations Department. I would highly recommend this software to any small to mid-size business or organization.

The best part about LimbleCMMS is their support team. I know I can call them and have a timely response with a fix to a bug or help with a new feature. They are incredibly open to suggestions and are willing to implement needed features or explain how an already implemented feature can serve that purpose.

Contras:

The mobile app can be difficult to use when starting out. I recommend the full version for the first few weeks of use especially when building assets.

Comentarios: Limble has integrated KPI's that allow for us to track performance without having to have custom dashboards built by a developer. Limble has already proven out in increasing uptime as well as developing our team to take our department to the next level.

The most impactful features are the ease of managing incoming work orders and assigning tasks. Being able to drag and drop pictures, quotes, and documents makes this system very user friendly.

Contras:

Honestly, I have not found a con with this software. We are still in the developing stage for our site but it has exceeded our expectations in every way over our old CMMS.

Limble Review After Three Years

Comentarios: We have taken Limble's platform to different levels other than just for CMMS. We are using it for safety and quality training, audits, and verifications. Links to safety videos and PowerPoint presentations are incorporated into a "PM" and, after both are viewed, there is a test with Option Lists used to select answers. We also use the platform for quality and safety audits and verifications in the same manner.

Puntos a favor:

When we first started using Limble, I found it very user friendly and intuitive. As with any new software, there is a learning curve, but with Limble it was very short. Additionally, the support team was phenomenal. They worked with me on questions I had until they were resolved and their response time was very short.

Contras:

The software platform completely met my needs. For the small company I work for, we finally have all information about our assets in one place. I have used other CMMS platforms with very large, multi location companies in the past so I'm familiar with very advanced features. These features are available with Limble but it does require an enterprise license. But, for my needs with the size company we have, the three license subscriptions are working just fine.

Simple yet Powerful

Comentarios: We had attempted to implement traditional server-based programs with no success. After research, focused on Limble and was immediately impressed. We watched their series of videos and within a week, had created the assets and PM schedules and were up and running. This program is very powerful, yet so user friendly that everyone in our organization is using it after 30 minutes of training. Our technicians run off of tablets in the field to document work history and receive assignments.

- Implementation was quick and simple, we were up and running in a week - Cloud-based so I can manage from my laptop or phone - Easy to use with minimal training required - Everyone in the organization can easily submit work requests - Great asset cost and history tracking - Customer service walked me through all my questions during implementation

Contras:

Two minor cons: - The part tracking feature is good, but could use some more features (such as grouping like assets are) - Allow for more frequent refresh

One Word: OUTSTANDING!

Comentarios: This company really has it together. We were in the market for maintenance software but not looking to spend a fortune on it. There are too many companies out there that overcharge for software that is overly complicated just for the sake of it.
We looked at many other providers and came across Limble and are thankful we did. Not only is the functionality of the software well thought out, it is perfect for companies small and large.
The PM, work order and request, and parts tracking is bar none the simplest program I have ever used. A monkey could run this software. It has streamlined our operation and what we save in loss time pays for the subscription 10 times over. This system can work for any business that requires tracking of maintenance performed on all units within the company.
When it comes to support and customer service, there is none better. I have NEVER worked with a group so incredibly eager and willing to suite a customer's needs. These people are stand up folks and more companies should take a harder look on how LImble conducts business and follow Limble's lead. They don't scoff at suggestions and concerns, they embrace and welcome it.
All in all, we could not be happier to have found Limble and look forward in continuing our relationship with Limble.

Comentarios: We have been able to track things more efficiently with Limble. I really enjoy using this software since it's so simple yet so complex how everything links so seamlessly together.

Puntos a favor:

I love how easy Limble is to use. It takes virtually no time at all to get rolling along & almost everything can be added "on the fly" when working in other modules. The customer service team is wonderful - so helpful and always very nice whether via the chat function, emails, or zoom calls.

Contras:

I don't like that you can't move windows that are on top of other windows. I don't like that in the parts module you can only choose to set up parts in each quantities (sometimes the thing we buy are in feet, pounds, gallons, etc.) so I have to convert these numbers.

Just what we needed when we needed it

Comentarios: One of our colleagues wrote in a meeting agenda: “I <3 Limble.” We've been very pleased with Limble. It's helping us organize our growing number of assets and increasingly complex maintenance needs. Much of our maintenance is concerned with specialized care of sensors to maintain accurate and reliable data. With Limble we were able to get on top of the scheduling and personnel complexity to reduce failures, act proactively rather than reactively, and relieve stress on our people.

Puntos a favor:

We knew we needed something more capable than a calendar to help us manage our specialized maintenance needs. Of all the options we researched and trialed, Limble was just the right fit for us. The pricing and features aligned nearly perfectly for where we are today. In nearly every circumstance we've found a good way to accomplish what we need with Limble. While we are a small operation today we see Limble remaining as a viable option for us even as we grow.

Contras:

The mobile app and web interface are lacking. The mobile app is mostly a wrapper around a mobile formatted website rather than a fully native and capable app. Meanwhile the web interface relies on periodic refreshes rather than instantaneous updates in response to data entry and UI interactions. That said, we prefer the functionality with a slightly wanting interface of Limble to other, slicker options that do not deliver on the core functionality. Limble has a few advanced features — including some still being built out — that are still a bit clunky and lack documentation. But, the support team is incredibly responsive and fills in those gaps.

I really like that when your out in the field you can simply open your iPad and complete or start a new work order. anything that someone enters throughout the day come directly to you so if there is a emergency you can get to it ASAP

Contras:

you have to watch the time section. once you open a ticket the timer starts so if you have to order parts or anything you have to manually stop the timer or it looks like you were taking super long to finish what might be a 15min job in reality

Comentarios: Initially, I was very skeptical. I did not select the software and the person that did had never done TPM. We did a pilot run on some crucial assets that kept breaking down. Sure, we could have tracked them with a MS Excel spread sheet but Limble gave us better parsing of data - a technician's view, a supervisor's view, a manager's view - and it was very easy to teach and use.

Puntos a favor:

The BEST thing about Limble is that 90% of setting up Total Preventative Maintenance is already prepared in the software. All we had to do was enter our assets, the people that would manage them, the schedules of the Preventative Maintenance actions and common work orders.

Contras:

I wanted Limble to offer a more thorough template to begin with- TPM is about nouns, but also verbs, adjectives, and adverbs. I quickly built a template of 7 features we needed to know to manage each of our assets, and I encourage other users to start with those 7

Makes for more efficient work

Comentarios: Limble has been incredibly effective in ordering parts, maintaining assets and making sure they are up to par. Determining the cost of maintaining a machine compared to buying a new one (or used one). The custom dashboard has also been a big help by knowing what PM's might be overdue and for how long, or can filter it to specific assets that might be causing a lot of grief to maintain.

Puntos a favor:

I like the most about the software is the fact that you can design each asset individually or copy the same type of assets and knocking time down. I also liked the fact that looking for assets became easier due to the fact that you can add locations and pictures along with information (if any) about the asset.

Contras:

The cons aren't many. I found that when it comes to doing daily maintenance, it can only be scanned by a licensed user and would be more convenient that it could be scanned like a work order and the operator of the machine can fill in the space and a licensed user can then complete the job. I know there is another method of sharing the job, but that would mean access to their own email address or phone, which both are restricted due to safety and security.The other thing is ordering parts like chemicals. It would be great if anyone could scan it like a work order that would go directly to the individuals, instead of making a part into an asset so this could be done.
