Comentarios: It exceeded my expectations in such a way that I recommend it as a great digital commerce platform that covers everything you need to showcase your products.

Puntos a favor:

When it comes to making adjustments to the platform for the administration of our products, it is very intuitive and allows you to start working immediately without being an expert.

Contras:

On the subject of integrations with other platforms, it falls a little short, but the tool fulfills what is necessary to provide an effective service when it comes to digital commerce.

We are currently using a very early version of Workarea (0.6). This review is based on version 3.2.

Puntos a favor:

Workarea has an easy, straightforward interface that utilizes search, enabling even the newest user to easily find their way around. It has also implemented many features which one would hope to have in a robust ecommerce platform.

Contras:

I am always hesitant to recommend any ecommerce platform that is proprietary to the developer. It creates a situation where the marriage between retailer and developer is essentially permanent. If the retailer become dissatisfied with the developer, they are unable to "pick up and move" unless they choose to replatform. Knowing this, a retailer needs to go into things very certain that they want to work with that developer long-term.

Comentarios: I work with Vtex since 2014 and it is a great platform, from infrastructure to support.
We are up more then 50 projects at Vtex and always have support that Vtex team in any problem. It is easy to administrator because it's modularized and easy to search the information that you need to change something or configure another thing. Vtex is a good company to work, because promove interection between your employers and us agencies.

Great e-commerce solution

Comentarios: We use VTEX in our online store and the results have been great. The optimization for search engines has generated a lot of traffic for our store. The configuration options for promotions are very good!

Puntos a favor:

Higher organic traffic, convertion rate, average order value and approved orders. Time for implementation is shorter and the costs are lower.

Vtex covers various business models

Comentarios: With the same platform it was possible to structure a robust and scalable omnichannel architecture. In addition, the same software was able to serve all business models of the company: B2B, B2C, B2E and market place.

Puntos a favor:

API based, scalable, flexible and robust

Contras:

The interface of some software modules does not provide a good usability experience for the user

Expensive, not considered for small ecommerce

Great solution, keep in mind that it is a hard player but really expensive

Pricing is set based on sales... this makes it quite expensive

I used it in several ecommerce projects and overall the platform is great.

Comentarios: The Business manager interfaces is very simple and easy to use for the merchant.
Also the backend is rich of functionalities for example there are several rules to create a promotion.
It is a true cloud platform so you don't need to care of all sys admin stuff and every few months there are new functionalities available on the platform.

The best ecommerce platform

Comentarios: VTEX is the most complete ecommerce platform today. The key point for me is the application scaling within Amazon WS.

Ampla variedade de recursos como: criação de lojas, gestão de pedidos etc. A VTEX possui pacotes para pequenos e grandes negócios e ajudam a acompanhar o crescimento. Além de toda parte cadastral para área de SEO, gerenciamento de pedidos e visão omnichannel. A VTEX não é dificil de usar, basta navegar que ela é bem intuitiva.

Contras:

A VTEX oferece opções avançadas de personalização, mas existem personalizações extremamente complexas e podem requerer conhecimentos técnicos especializados e recursos adicionais. Além de em alguns casos, para determinadas funcionalidades, pode ser necessário recorrer a integrações de terceiros, o que pode resultar em custos adicionais e dependência externa.

Comentarios: Dopo un anno su VTEX la piattaforma si è rivelata un potente motore per la mia attività, in particolare per quanto riguarda la gestione multicanale dei marketplaces. Tuttavia l'investimento in tempo (per impostazioni e personalizzazione) e denaro è significativo, ma ne vale la pena.

Puntos a favor:

Il marketplace nativo di VTEX è un ottimo strumento, si può ampliare facilmente l'assortimento di prodotti senza stock aggiuntivo da gestire. Aggiornamenti costanti per migliorare funzionalità e sicurezza.

Contras:

Il costo di VTEX è più alto rispetto ad altre piattaforme che ho testato in passato. Non è la piattaforma più user-friendly per principianti.
