The platform is very intuitive and easy to use. It does not require much training, compared to other software solutions.
I haven't experienced that I felt something missing.

Great process platform!
Comentarios: We now have one place, where all employees enter all internal and to some extend external processes, and both new employees and people taking over new task areas can go in and read everything through. It saves us for a lot of time when running in new employees, and we can answer many questions from colleagues with "it's in Gluu", which helps bringing down our administration costs also. Gluu has to some extend helped us in our GDPR compliance also. Documenting the internal processes helped us visualise where to make improvements, which where easier to do afterwards. The support team is doing a great job in helping us, and they mostly answer right after writing them via their chat.
Puntos a favor:
The option to standardise processes and get an easy overview per department, business area and role. The role division of each process really helps us to make a clear overview of tasks and responsibilities of each employee.
Contras:
The drawing tool is not fully automated, and we are missing a lot of features there. Luckily, the support team us super helpful and good at suggesting workarounds and entering our suggestions as product ideas.

When exporting a flowchart you get a great overview of the details and descriptions of each step. This makes it easy to facilitate to stakeholders and enables understanding.
Contras:
Gluu had some way to go in terms of functionality, but they keep evolving their product and it is in a great state now.

This tool is easy to use, and i like the intuitive way of working in GLUU. GLUU are good at helping to fulfill our wishes, they understand what we need, and sharing their insight.
Contras:
We spend time on manual maintenance and updating which could be more efficient

Comentarios:
I have now worked with Gluu for 2 years and it is super easy and intuitive both to use and not least to teach others to use. It provides an easy overview of our process landscape and associated cross-sections, and it makes it easy for users to find work descriptions and for us when we have to follow up on the processes.
I haver never experience such a good costumer support as I expereince with Gluu. They have an extreem quick response time and if you run in to at problem they are always happy to help.

Gluu is very intutive to work with. It is a great tool for providing a easy process overview and, not least, structuring one's work descriptions, so that it is easy for all users to find exactly the work description they need to perform a task/activity.
Contras:
It would be great if it was possible to print the work instructions in the order they are set-up in Gluu. They come out in another order. But luckily we very rarely have to print them :)

Good user-friendliness

I work in Gluu daily and think it has a good user-friendliness for those of us who draw in it. It is very intuitive to use. This ensures a uniform way of drawing processes, which makes it more clear for our colleagues to understand the processes. It’s really good to have features such as "components" so we don’t have to do the same work several times and update in several places, but can simply update a single place and drag it in where it needs to be used. It’s really smart that there is both the option to work via browser and app, as it enables us to adapt the use of Gluu to the individual employee group. There is really good help available if there is something in the system that is playing tricks or if I myself have made a mistake. For the most part, they respond quickly and are very solution oriented and can usually solve my problems. It's a nice help function where you can easily write in their chat.
Contras:
It gets a bit locked when you are a large organization that needs more divisions into, for example, components.
Intelligent way to drive business processes in our daily operation
Comentarios: We have been able to Re-Design, optimize and standardize our core processes with less failure and a uniform performance based on the same great fundament. This allows our employees to focus on the task and skip several non-value creating activities.

Core processes are about to be standardized - and as our organization execute our tasks and projects on the Gluu platform, we are about to skip manual and slow cooperation and gain an easy, documented, high-level performance within our processes and tasks. Thanks to Gluu to bring life into our processes.
Contras:
The software is a generic tool. Therefore you can't ask for very individual adaptions. On the other hand, if we could, it would never be available for such a low price. However, the Gluu Team are helpful to develop elements that fit the generic philosophy.

Gluu is a Must Try Paperless Process Application

I really like Gluu's elegant simplicity. It is precisely what I thought it would be and that is great.
In my mind, it almost seems crazy to say, because it is so self evident. However, since the late 80s, I have spent considerable amounts of time simply educating decision makers about why and how process mapping can improve the organisation.
Gluu takes this notion to the next level and provides a vehicle for organisations to reflect on their processes in a dynamic way. However, if people don't get why process mapping is important, (or are defensive or fearful of it), to begin with, they won't get the significance of Gluu as an organisational tool.
I highly recommend trying it out. Why not, the first four processes are free so it is an app you can play around with. For any 'start up' or small business this is a must have process solution to help you turbo charge process improvement into the future.

Much appreciated. Since this review was posted we have enhanced our rights management as well as the ability to review change logs and roll back. A few treats for those that do want and need control with formal work instructions
Good for making processes relevant for business users
Comentarios: Gluu is great for making our common business processes relevant for everyone as a reference for how we work.
Puntos a favor:
Simplicity. Ease of use. The right balance, have all the most needed function, feature for BPM, Process optimization and automation. No need for deep technical skills in-house. No need for other solutions, fits good with the rest of the Microsoft productivity Tools, and therefor all so easy to get distributed, known out in the organization.
Contras:
Missing the possibility to do minor personalization's and custom fields

Streamlining Process Digitization with Gluu

Gluu has completely streamlined our clients process digitization journey. It's our ace in rapidly transforming ideas into tangible outcomes for clients. The remarkable time and cost savings have elevated our agility, allowing us to adapt and experiment freely.
Contras:
Ofcourse there is always a task of getting the system to support the task/process. And you need to spend a bit of time on this. But Gluu is quite flexible on this, so not a big task.
Amazing platform for process optimization!
Comentarios: I have used Gluu to digitalize workflows for several of our customers. The overall benefits we gained by using Gluu has been the reduced turnaround time. Generally caused by the decreasing number of mistakes and especially the smooth hand-over of tasks between different roles in the organization.
Puntos a favor:
The ease of use and how it provided our organization with a platform that could map processes, clearly made a difference. Although, the biggest argument in favour of Gluu might be its ability to streamline workflows and hence reducing defects. By designing your own standard processes in Gluu, where you can add different instructions, checklists and roles, Gluu thereby enables you to ensure high quality processes. All the above combined with a great user interface - provide you with a strong platform!
Contras:
My experience with Gluu so far, has entailed limited cons. Since most of the features that I missed in the beginning, were later released. The only minor thing is that Gluu builds upon a process understanding which you then need to establish at your organization. An element which I also perceive as an advantage for Gluu, since a common language can then be established.

Processes in the easy way
Comentarios: Gluu is built by a team that really understand the challenges of getting business processes to work in real life. They always listen to our problems and have ideas for solving. Sometimes this includes developing new features and sometimes it is a more general/holistic discussion about processes.
Puntos a favor:
The platform is very intuitive and easy to use. It does not require much training, compared to other software solutions. I really like how it takes a more holistic view of the challenges that we face as a Process Excellence Team by including work instructions, communications etc. Everything you need regarding a process collected in one place.
Contras:
It currently doesn't include process mining and only has limited Enterprise Architecture capabilities. So other tools may also be needed.
A good way to document and collect business processes
Puntos a favor:
I use Gluu to document processes in collaboration with stakeholders in the organization. With Gluu, we have the opportunity to implement new business processes and at the same time optimize the processes if elements in the process no longer match the way of working. So, Gluu ties the business together as we gather our processes in one place. In addition, Gluu has a really good customer service that quickly and efficiently helps you if problems arise.
Contras:
Gluu is not the fastest documentation tool. So problems may arise in connection with a workshop.
Current best practice
Comentarios:
EPCOR decided to use Gluu for our entire organisation. We've tried implementing a process mindset before, but got stuck in implementation because the software and the processes were more burdensome than helpfull.
Gluu has a very user centric approach (especially for frontline workers) where the processes exist for the user - and not the other way around.
Puntos a favor:
- Great tool that combines process design & work instructions - Easy to learn for non IT users - In just a short time you get a visible process that you can share with others - Pro-active customer support - Easy to manage as an administrator
Contras:
Implementing a process mindset is a daunting task. Our organisation was reluctant to start, so I think the hardest challenge for us was the change management rather than actually using Gluu. Gluu had some helpfull Process Owner training courses that actually helped and please consider getting help from Gluus consulting partners.
An intuitive platform
Comentarios: Gluu is an intuitive platform that provides a simple overview of the organization's business processes at department and business area level.
Puntos a favor:
Gluu contributes to employees being able to easily standardize the organisation's core processes. The platform is intuitive and quick to learn to navigate and therefore does not require deep technical internal skills. In addition, the platform allows all relevant process information - workflow, users and instructions, etc. - to be stored in one place.
Contras:
It is difficult to distinguish between the different process levels - whether they are main processes or sub-processes. Perhaps main processes can be marked with "bold" or similar, to create a better overview? It is difficult to print the swim lane diagrams in a format that can be used at workshops etc. The print is simply of too poor quality. It can be difficult to line up the various boxes and arrows so it is completely aligned and neat.
Amazing!
Comentarios: We had many platforms for all our forms, work instructions and other data. GLUU made it possible to get a single program to make it easier to excess and find that information.

The ease of use is amazing for this product. Creating flowcharts and implementing our own processes has never been easier. Our users are very happy with the implementation.
Contras:
Lining up the different boxes can be a little bit tricky, but after getting used to it it easier. Also creating boxes outside of a swimming lane would also be nice.

A Starting Point for Managing your Business Processes

Gluu is an easy to use and still actively developed business process management tool with a reasonable pricing. After comparing many tools in the market, we choose Gluu for mapping and documenting our business processes. This tool is easy to use which enhanced the productivity of mapping, documenting and editing the processes we put into this system. It encourages the whole team to take part and contribute to the whole process mapping tasks. The business development team from Gluu is also helpful at each stage of our process management project. They understand what we need, sharing their insights, and answering our queries in timely bases. They even collaborate with us when they are developing new features. I'm excited that I have found Gluu for managing our processes, and I would recommend this tool for anyone who starts to manage their internal processes.
Contras:
The tool is more internal based, it would be good if it has a portal for external users' participation. I'm looking forward to seeing Gluu has more integration options with other business systems.
Business Processing Mapping for SME's
Comentarios: Although I have had experience with large BPM projects in other countries using tools such as ARIS, QPR, Intalio, VISIO etc., these are not options for the smaller company i.e. SME. The political and economic environment in Zimbabwe is challenging and I need something that will allow me to map and document existing processes quickly, simply and cost effectively. I am trying to engender a fairly detailed level of understanding of the key activities/processes, clarify roles and develop process ownership and accountability from a small, relatively unsophisticated user base. I am also developing job descriptions for each role as I go along…as part of an evolving performance management system. I am delighted and excited to have found Gluu.biz to facilitate all of this, and so am doing a proof of concept for the Owner-MD, using one or two focus areas. We intend to then upgrade to allow us to work through more processes. By the way, I see a huge market here for this tool and so will be looking at it for some more of my clients in time…

Using Gluu to Guide Clients to Smooth Processes

Gluu's like my trusty tool to guide my clients towards having those standard processes nailed down. It's brilliant to get their team involved and work together using Teams and Gluu online.
Contras:
Some of the snap-features while drawing in Gluu makes it a bit tricky - but I have seen way worse in similar tools and it soesn't affect the user experience too much.
A fast way to digitalize E2E processes

Gluu helps us to turn recommendations into practice, pilots and tests very quickly. It's great that projects are focused on business improvement, rather than IT!
Contras:
There was absolutely nothing I didn't like on the collaboration between ZILLION and Gluu

At the beginning a few features were missing and some drawings would glitch on line crossings, but that part has been fixed.There should be a license for read only users.
Well Organized

The Gluu software platform provides visible workflows that are easy for people to understand and learn the existing process model. Everyone knows their contribution to the process as it flows across various organizational boundaries. As people learn the other aspects of processes that they are not familiar with, more and more ideas are generated to improve processes from the perspective of the entire organization and the customer rather than sub-optimizing for a portion of the process flow.
Contras:
It takes time to learn Gluu well enough to demonstrate it's value to the organization. The support organization is extremely helpful. Do not hesitate to use them!
Great search options
Comentarios: If it is entered in GLUU, chances are that you are going to find it when searching for it. This is the most important trait in my opinion. The diagrams are good, and service is responsive.

The search ability of the items is great. One of the biggest pros against the old solution.
Contras:
The options to print the swimming lane diagrams can be somewhat tricky at times. The breadcrumbs stop before the main view, making it hard to detect the overall source
