Easy process to show appreciation to workers

Mo provide many type or awards and customized award that we can gifting to employees for all their achievement. Mo also make a better connection and interaction between manager and people under them.
Contras:
Mo is a user-friendly platform that focus on employees recognition and it help us to boost workers motivation with all the reward.
Great way to engage employees
Puntos a favor:
Mo has reimagined the employee reward system now giving managers a chance to reward employees on each month which has helped boost morale within the company,l. It has also meant that people can enjoy earned benefits without the tax implications being passed to them for long service and employee of the month rewards.
Contras:
Missing some functions that would make it easier for everyone to get involved such as department only shoutouts rather than open to all the business.

Too many junk emails to my inbox. May not be a feature of Mo itself but that of users.
Excellent application to reward employees success
Comentarios: My overall experience with Mo has been great and always pleasant. It keep my good connection with colleagues and manager in workplace.
Puntos a favor:
Mo is morale booster on our workplace and gives me and my peers platform which we can appreciate and recognize each others success as individual or as a team. Manager will get notification for their team members special day like work anniversary or if they have some success in work.
Contras:
Mo used to have limited selection for the reward that we can choose, but they have add more selection and type of reward that we can redeem.
Appreciation platform for employees

Mo has improve relationship between colleagues and their superior and make it easy for them to communicate in casual platform. Manager can track and measure worker performance and reward their success with incentive that is available on the reward catalogue.
Contras:
Mo is a good recognition platform and I have never encounter any issues while using it for he past 2 years. No dislike from me and my organization.
Recognize employees progress and success

Easy to understand how to operate the platform, especially to sent out encouragement message to colleagues and gifting them with point that they can collect to redeem rewards. We are happy that our hard work is being recognize by the manager.
Contras:
Not many option for reward that can be choose for my region. I keep redeem the same type of reward and it is getting boring.
Modern solutions for employees recognition platform

Mo gives colleagues a platform which we can appreciate and give recognition to our fellow team and peers. It help to improves their relations and connection when their own team members is recognizing their success. Reward is the additional bonus from the recognition that they received.
Contras:
No least liked about Mo. It is easy to sent recognition message to peers and to redeem reward or incentives from the collected points.
Peers recognition and rewarding platform

Good and adequate documentation for us to onboard and start using the platform easily. We use it to encourage and appreciate each other success or important event for our peers. We also can collect Mo's point that we get from recognition message and exchange it with reward.
Contras:
Mo work very well in changing our workplace mood and culture. I have no dissatisfaction or dislike with this platform.

Feel appreciated after getting reward and recognition from my superior for my hard work and mu hustle is getting known. Able to choose my own reward that I want and it is sent instantly on my email.
Contras:
I have nothing that I dislike with Mo. Everything is still ok and work correctly.

Motivating as our agents can build a pot of credit from recognition and spend on something nice for themselves or loved ones. System is easy to use and claim rewards and there is a fast payout when requested

Could always do with more choice of vouchers. the list is comprehensive but some retailers are missing which could further boost engagement on the platform

Comentarios: I enjoy it - I get the need and enjoy the principle - as someone who gets rewards that ability to cash out for vouches is great.

The ultimate engagement tool
Comentarios: It has become the pivotal tool in driving and developing the culture we're trying to build. It has allowed me to deliver so much more than I could before and offer a much greater employee experience because of it's functionality. It was able to absorb all previous schemes we had in place whilst offering a wealth of new ones at the same time and it's made my life so much easier.

It's saved so much of my time as an employee engagement lead. With everything housed internally and automated. The reporting is great, the live feed really helps to drive engagement and culture, the internal store closes the loop and it's super easy to manage budgets and users in it. But the list could go on and on.
Contras:
Mo are constantly developing and improving the platform. they also take on feedback really well, are keen to listen, learn and develop. On top of that they act incredibly quickly when things go wrong. Their customer support is so impressive and it's been a pleasure working with them.

Who doesn't love a bit of recognition? Personally, I love Mo as it gives you a nice overview of all the amazing things happening across the business that we may not know about otherwise. We see thank you messages from our 58 hotels and central functions and it increases engagement between departments.For our team (Marketing), we use it as a content bank that we can dip into to use on social channels for employer branding. This lets us show an insight into life at Atlas and we also use it to highlight great service to hotel managers from the reviews.The gifs and emojis are a cool touch and there's a great selection in the rewards store.
Contras:
It would be great if we could use our own branding!
