The amount of information and number of Leads is incredible. You will receive good leads on a daily basis.

Leads were not good, they send a lot but they are not good leads. Customer service is terrible terrible terrible.

Awesome real estate CRM and lead gen platform

Comentarios: We were able to discontinue several other tools and platforms by having the needs met by constant improvements by CINC. The support and programming teams are so nimble that often times they can accommodate system changes within days or weeks at our request. Our success coach is always available to help and answer questions.

The quality of the leads, functionality and ease of use.

Contras:

There are occasional glitches but that is to be ex0ected woth any technology.

Comentarios: 3.5/5 has been a really good system (better than boomtown) and the support has been great. I wish we got more good prospects though.

the system works well and gives you tons of options. The AI is great.

Contras:

The learning curve for real estate agents can be tough. The amount of leads that actually turn into viable prospects is very low. The request a showing feature we found is completely broken. So many people accidentally request showings its kind of crazy.

Comentarios: I have made a few sales over the years, but have done a lot of follow up that doesn't go anywhere.

Great AI follow up. Easy system to use. I like all the details regarding contacts and how I can set up parameters for house clients receive.

Contras:

A lot of leads that don't seem to any validity. there needs to be better vetting process before we get the leads.

Comentarios: 10 out of 10. The functionality, the staff, Rigo, my platform manager, all are a huge plus, and I've been a client since 2014.

CINC launched my business

Comentarios: It was a good one, I think I was a customer for about 8 years. First lead service I consistently converted leads into sales. I definitely got a great ROI from having used it and I can honestly say it launched my career. I stepped away to focus more on an attraction based business focusing on my SOI and social media channels. I have a ton of past clients from CINC though which have lead to exponential repeat and referrals.

Puntos a favor:

Great dashboard on the CRM and easy to navigate. Very consistent lead flow month over month. I also always called CINC the Chick-Fil-A of real estate for their great customer service.

Contras:

It's not a CINC problem but more of an internet lead problem. Felt like it's been harder and harder to contact leads. Would like to see better sales funnels built in to social media ads with retargeting integrated. Maybe you offer that but I'm just not aware?

Comentarios: It started off amazing. Our account rep is great. We make so much money using it. However we are currently trying to expand on other platforms to see if we can get the same results without the system malfunctions.

I loved everything the first 4-5 years. I sing its praises at presentations which I do 5-10 times per year. Our ROI is great.

Contras:

The kinks and glitches that are constantly coming up. Right now 'favourites' dont work. The map search isn't finding several properties. The dialler crashing five times a day at least. The 'search' feature of notes was removed. I have leads messaging me all the time now complaining about things not working.

Comentarios: We refer to CINC as the gold standard of CRM's. Nothing else out there like it!

I love the customer service! Anytime I call I am greeted with the friendliest agent! They are so kind and helpful. If they don't have the answer to my question they get to the bottom of it as quickly as possible. I have never been let down. You never have to wait long either!

Contras:

Sometimes the dialer goes down and the connection is bad.

Comentarios: I am very satisfied with Cinc and have already referred another REALTOR®. I like the CRM and the ability to track when I've attempted contact with a client and our conversations.

I like the pipeline and lead dashboard. It helps me stay organized and keeps track of who I need to call and when.

Contras:

I don't like how the appointment met and set work. When I set an appointment and then meet with the clients it doesn't allow me to confirm this after we meet. It just shows appointment expired. I would like to be able to confirm the appointment actually took place and write any notes from the appointment.

Comentarios: If you are afraid to make a call then you will find ever way to build a wall and not use CINC. If you understand the power of calling then this program is your best buddy to keep you organized and lead you to the finish line of creating a sale.

Easy, organized CRM

Comentarios: Great! Super easy to use. I use it every day to write client notes and keep up to date with my work.

Easy to navigate. The text and email notifications .

Contras:

I wish that there was a broader gifting area. It’s wayyy easier to organize the “notes” on the app than on a desktop, which is frustrating. Sometimes I’m looking for the notes I wrote, and even with the filters it’s difficult to find. It would also be nice if the secondary contract wasn’t all the way at the bottom where you need to click on it to see the info

Comentarios: I have had a couple of hopeful leads who either wanted to buy in a different state than where I was licensed, so I referred them to another agent, or they made plans to come and then changed their mind due to a family illness and a bad quote on the sale of his house in another state from his listing agent there. Also, another one chose to work with another realtor after we met and had a great buyer's meeting.

The leads who have fake or non valid emails and phone numbers for me to help them.
