Tracks our childcare data required for State Licensing, tracks our programs, camps, registrations and payments. We run our Fundraising campaigns out of Daxko Operations as well.

Contras:

It took a long time to figure out where each report was hidden and still have trouble locating certain things on the web page.

Comentarios: Excellent reports and functionality

Daxko is the gold standard of CRM tools. Every option is configured to where you expect it to be. Our IT Dept has integrated into our systems and I am working with vendors to use it with external software.

Contras:

the Mass amount of options and features it is easy to get lost discovering new reports and new ways of doing the same thing.

Daxko at the YMCA

98% of the time Daxko works great for what we need here at the YMCA. We can do Memberships, Maintenance, Hold forms, Cancel forms, etc.

Contras:

Occasionally you will run into a quirk in the system when trying to do a draft maintenance or on an odd membership .

Data Nightmare

Comentarios: Besides a few friendly representatives who are quick to respond, my experience using the product for historical data that I need for grant reports and our annual report has been truly awful.

Puntos a favor:

- Phone Representatives are friendly and transparent when they do not have answers. - They are at least attempting to have an organization specific report.

Contras:

- Representatives often do not have a way of assisting and cases aren’t resolved - “Not for Historical Data” - No way to track demographic data for activity check in The list goes on, I just don’t have the characters for it.

Comentarios: I have used daxko for many years with very few issues. I am able to navigate it quickly and efficiently now. It is easy to find people, make changes, take payments and many other things all in one database.

Puntos a favor:

Daxko is easy to learn and overall user friendly. I was able to learn fast and everything is very clearly laid out so even if I'm not 100% sure I can easily find my way around to the function I am looking for.

Contras:

Deleting or merging members can be challenging if we accidentaly duplicate or need to remove but, it doesn't happen often.

Comentarios: I like this system overall. It is very user friendly, and at my age, that is very important!

I like the ease of use of this product. It is far easier than our previous product.

Contras:

There are still bugs to be worked out. For example: when a member's card is declined, the account should be frozen, instead of continuing to charge month after month before being settled. I also find accounts that are system terminated for no apparent reason. Usually associated with an insurance-paid account.

Comentarios: I have been using Daxko Operations for three years and I've enjoyed it so much. I am glad the company I work for utilizes this platform.

How easy is it to access. I think when I was getting trained, I was able to easily pick it up and I really liked that.

Contras:

There's nothing I dislike. I have never had problems with Daxko and I am so glad it is so easy to use.

Daxko's Ease of Use is great

Comentarios: I've spent time learning various systems for previously workplaces and many of them take days (in one case weeks) to learn because of their confusing internal workings. Daxko has been a breeze to learn and easy to use. I'd suggest it to anyone I know that might need a database system.

Puntos a favor:

The Ease of use if amazing. I learned this system in a under and hour and have been using it for a few months now with no issues.

Contras:

Sometimes there are prompts that say something like "Error saving data in system" without giving an actual reason so I'm not sure how to resolve the issue. Its not very often but does happen from time to time.

Daxko is #1 but when the server goes down our job is 100x harder

Comentarios: I use Daxko Operations and Engage everday i'm at work. Daxko server is down and we must write everything and every member on paper. Bad timing.

Sorry no cons for me! There nothing to complain about. Now knock on wood the server is down and we must write everything and every member on paper

Comentarios: It is not intimidating like some programs...it makes sense! I also like the constant communication with the host.

One thing that is confusing from the YMCA standpoint is that there are multiple reservations an area can have and I wish that there was a box you could check for area reservations if you specifically wanted to see that.

New upgrade not as easy for users.. I hope it was made easier for your programmers at least.

Comentarios: Daxko is a good product. I like that it still has the pencil (edit) feature as that assists in training new personal. As I have been with this YMCA for over 20 years..and been through a few changesand difference software ,I do like this one best.

Everything I need to do with an existing member is still there. just takes longer to find

Contras:

the software loads more slowly. Still having trouble locating what I want , but I know its there somewhere. Since the upgrade the member photos have gotten smaller and even seem stretched wider.. We do not need a frame around them. We need to see who they are as some teens/guests try to sneak in as existing members. In case of an emergency I will have trouble finding the member on work out floor or class using that tiny photo.( yes I have enlarged my screen)
