UI for time off management is pretty neat compared to other tools available in the market. Performance and goal Management and LKM modules are the most likable feature.
User interface is very old fashioned and navigation within program to find correct functions and features are really hard.

Dentro de la organización se han implementando diversas herramientas de la suite de SAP, lo que ha permitido que la integración con sus diferentes software sea mas optimo y permite un control de procesos facil de integrar.
Contras:
Al ser de la Suite mas conocida a nivel gran empresa, representa un costo alto y que tambien implica consultores de alta especializacion, lo que puede representar un reto al no tener un gran numero de empresas dedicadas a este software.

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite offers a wide range of HR features, including performance management, succession planning, and learning and development. It has customizable options that allow our businesses to tailor the solution to our specific needs. Also It can helped us to streamline our HR processes and improve efficiency, leading to increased productivity and cost savings. Not only that but also this solution includes features that help businesses improve employee engagement, such as employee feedback and recognition programs.
Contras:
SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite can be expensive, especially for smaller businesses with limited budgets.

Poor for an ease of use and easy to find what i need to do.
It has potential but is frustrating.
The formatting of objectives look v different on screen as you enter them to what they look like once entered. Needs more structure.
Plus output reports dont exist so we (as a dept) copy each individuals details or the year into a ppt slide for each individual at the end of the year.
An excel or sharepoint workflow is cheaper and more effective from a users pov.

Its a positive move to have a system for performance management and objective setting available on yoir computer and mobile
Contras:
Its complicated. Its not focused on users. Its not intuitive. The ways to access different elements of the system to change employee flags, see updates in the workflow and use the system are scattered around the page. Some on the top, some on the left, one half way down the page. I waste a lot of time trying to find what im needing to do. Really does need taking apart and reengingeering with easy or use for the user.
Really consider whether you need your HRIS and Talent Management system to be one in the same
Comentarios: If you think you need a single HRIS and Talent Management System, there aren't that many options, so SuccessFactors will likely be on your shortlist. My recommendation would be to really consider whether you "need" that, or whether you would be better off with SuccessFactors as your HRIS and opt instead for niche applications for your various talent management needs that can integrate with each other and SuccessFactors.

SuccessFactors offers an HRIS with modules to cover many aspects of Talent Management, including Recruiting, Onboarding, LMS, Goals, Performance, Succession Planning, Compensation, and Workforce Analytics.
Contras:
Several of the modules have been bolted on over the years and are still not fully integrated like you might expect them to be. The look and feel of the modules are dated and there has been very little in the way of enhancements to the talent modules in the 6 years I have been using it. Built-in reports are limited. SAP Support has been poor. There are still many aspects of the configuration that can only be done in the back-end provisioning client by a configuration partner (not by the client), so the client can never truly be self-sufficient.
Works well with other SAP products

The direct deposit details update can be a bit easier to access and navigate

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite simplifies the process of hire till retire, helps easily onboard the candidates, manage their profiles and then termination is done on the same tool.
Contras:
SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite needs certain improvements such as position based permissions, which is currently limited to role based permissions.
The best software for HR professionals
Comentarios: My experience was very good, it is just what I received and I cannot complain, I would like it to be better but with the advancement of technologies this may change, those changes I would like to see and allow me to automate everything.

The ease of use and its interface is very simple for those who have or not experience with the software

I did not find something that I did not like, perhaps scaling the connection with artificial intelligence, it would be ideal to be able to connect all this with automated learning
Too Complicated if you do not need an Enterprise Solution

It is a solid HCM System if you are a company with subsidiaries and need to connect them all and intend to utilize it as such.
Contras:
The system’s implementation, cost, and overall ease of use leave much to be desired, not to mention the customer service. The cost is particularly exorbitant, making it a poor choice unless you intend to use it as a comprehensive ERP system to connect subsidiaries. Its design is somewhat outdated, functioning more like a relationship database. Upgrades are a slow process, taking years to complete, while other HCM products are rapidly introducing new features to keep pace with technological advancements. Building out this system is a time-consuming process, and by the time it’s ready, newer options have already hit the market. It then takes additional years to integrate these new features. Considering the high implementation and ongoing costs, it would be more prudent to opt for other HCM systems. These alternatives offer similar modules that function effectively, but at a fraction of the cost.
Used SF LMS from 2015 to 2020
Comentarios: It is ok for Pharma compliance but it is too complex and old technology to compete with fully cloud based software. At least it was up to 2020

Comentarios: Overall it's been a pleasurable experience and the SF Suite has added value to our organization.

The most satisfying aspects of the Success Factors suite is the wide-range of capabilities, the focus on enhancing employee engagement, and the ability to provide and track continuous feedback across its talent management and performance evaluation functions.
Contras:
It's cumbersome to customize and deploy- many smaller organizations may need to hire an implementation partner as a result. Additionally, it's mobile version leaves a lot to be desired.
Great for keeping track of employees

Keeps a nice tidy database of all current and past employees. There are many sections to list employee information, of course it requires administrators to keep it updated.
Contras:
The software UI is simple, and a little clunky. It take a bit to load everything. Clicking the wrong thing will waste around 30 seconds to get back to where you wanted to be.

Adequate ATS Tool
Comentarios: The product gets the job done at the end of the day but it can be unpredictable most often than not. It's user friendly but also is not expansive enough to be a designed tool to function with increased creativity.

The product is user friendly and the ability to perform basic functions works for daily use. The product asthetics are appealing .
Contras:
A lot of areas are in need of improvement. When software updates the next day there are always issues that arise that cause delays in daily tasks. External customers are limited in some user options that should not be restricted.
SAP SF
Comentarios: My overall experience with SAP SuccessFactors has been neutral.
Puntos a favor:
What I like most about this product is that it is a typical applicant tracking system. It gathers your candidates and as a recruiter, you can sort through the hay stack as a traditional recruiter.
Contras:
What I least like about the software is that there is no Artificial Intelligence in our software that could make it easier for the recruiters to do their tasks, such as sourcing.

Great modern tool for HR Administration
Comentarios: We implemented this software 2 years ago and I cannot imagine working with sap on premise any more. It"s fun!

SuccessFactors has opportunities to improve
Comentarios: We had a poor experience with SuccessFactors. I had a similar experience in a past position. So, this poor experience was a repeat. Performance management module required more effort from administrators and managers to set up, write reviews, deliver to staff etc. Support really liked gamification and we didn't create enough about gamification. We cared about giving the right feedback to staff so they can grow and prosper. It appeared that SuccessFactors was competing with Facebook while we wanted it to compete with Gallup. Support and billing from their side needs to improve. When exiting SuccessFactors, we weren't treated well. SAP is in a great position to focus on changing people's emotions about SuccessFactors. I can totally see its potentials. SAP needs to take a different approach with the product and support.

The best feature of SuccessFactors was that it was a operationally stable, cloud-native software when competitors were finding their footings with SaaS model and ensuring high availability. SuccessFactors had figured the technology out sooner than competition and our team didn't have to worry about hosting.
Contras:
Modules in SuccessFactors appeared to be scattered and cobbled together inefficiently. It appeared that employee data got copied over to payroll module. Performance data was copied from one year to another. It just seemed like a trailer/mobile home put piecemeal'ed together using plastic, wood, metal, soil and broken wheels from trucks and motorcycles were put underneath the trailer/mobile home, but the paint looked uniform and hid these inefficiencies. SAP has a great opportunity to turn this around since their foundational infrastructure is solid.
Some strong points

During my time leading succession planning/talent planning for a Fortune 500 company, we implemented the TM suite by SuccessFactors. The strong points were the active facilitation usage that business leaders experienced in meetings... meaning that as they were talking through talent planning meetings, it was incredibly easy to follow along in the system and update records/notes, and establish succession plans.
Contras:
The back end reporting was difficult, and not integrated well with other modules, as well as our SAP HR system.
Success factors builds healthy environment to work
Comentarios: Excellent software to implement & use in any type of industry as it manages multiple things in single software.
Puntos a favor:
It's ease of use and mobile accessibility are the most important factors about this software, which I liked the most. It's provides one click access to payrolls,income tax , attendance, training related information.
Contras:
Sometimes it takes very much time to respond to sudden commands , which makes process bit slower.
Take control of your payroll in an unbeatable order!

You can keep detailed control of all your work payroll. Contracts, payroll, fiscal retractions as well as the progress of each employee within the company. Being able to have an exact report of all the employee's performance in the company, from training courses carried out to labor incidents. So far I have not seen a better tool to keep the work payroll in such a neat and efficient way.
Contras:
It is not as easy or simple to use as it seems. You have to do specialized courses to learn how to use it but without a doubt it's worth it! It is an excellent software.
One software for all hr processes

What I like the most is thay The software unites hr process like education and training and performance evaluation under one platform. You don't need to go and search from different web sites having different user interfaces.
Contras:
The user interface of the software is very complicated. It is very difficult to find and to get registered to the relevant trainings and also to add defined perfomance targets
Development Idea Is Successfully But User Interface Should Be Developed.
Comentarios: When you use it for application to one position in a company, you can easily upload your resume, organize it quickly and apply. However some of the modules are not successful enough. i.e. scorecard definition and review screens don't provide a summary that you can see all items together and manage all of them with a check box. In that screen you should click item by item and update all of them manually. Only user interface needs to be updated to increase customer satisfaction.

All career items (learning / carrier / scorecard etc.) can be connected to each other.
Contras:
User interface should be developed. It doesn't allow to user to check everything quickly.
Good functionality, challenging to implement
Comentarios: Overall, the SAP HCM software is great and is highly sophisticated when it comes to advanced reporting and metrics. The program, initially, is not the most user-friendly, however once users become proficient, it’s a highly advanced and multi-functional system which I would recommend.

This software is highly functional from a HCM perspective and provides users with great analytics for the purpose of ongoing organizational metrics in the areas of recruitment, talent management, compensation.
Contras:
The implementation was challenging in that upgrades would be pushed through without notice and as a result, the system would not function as it had been programmed initially. Customer service was decent, but troubleshooting technical issues and identifying the system error sources was difficult.
New LMS is a Hit!
Puntos a favor:
SuccessFactors provides a lot of bells and whistles compared to our old learning management system. We've used SF for almost a year and have been extremely pleased with our ability to: assign learning to specific groups, bundle training into programs and curriculums, and easily track training. One feature that has been extremely beneficial to our field force is the My Team tile, which allows supervisors and alternative supervisors to assign training, track training, and run reports. This was not possible with our former LMS.
Contras:
It is not the easiest system to use. I would recommend hands-on training to learn how to load courses, exams and live events, as it's a pretty arduous process. Customer service hasn't been the best. With our old LMS, issues were addressed within 48 hours. Recently, we had an issue that took almost a week to resolve. Additionally, setting up curriculums / programs for specific work groups, etc. is challenging. We recently needed to set up four curriculums as part of our Firm Element training and it took three times to get it right. That was frustrating.
System Admin Experience with SuccessFactors

Updates came out on a regular basis and they listened to their clientele as to what was needed. It was a great tool for companies who have very basic review to do and could accommodate multiple review processes, as well as compensation processes.
Contras:
It was hard to customize or make it fit what your company needed if it didn't match the way the system was setup. It was also hard to get answers from the company and we were usually passed around to multiple people before we were ever given an answer. From our experience, the system also experienced numerous bugs. Very often it seemed like we were dealing with a bug and having to wait on a patch. I know the company was going through a lot of growth and changes, but it was very stressful to constantly deal with the system not working properly.
Need personalization
Comentarios: 11 years at Honeywell, I've worked with the Learning Hub for about 5 years. There are many things that I would like to personalize to meet my audience needs in regard to notifications, curricula, and viewing assigned learning on a persons profile.
