Database management features are most impactful and easy to use. It also helped in integration with our current business.
There is nothing much to criticize about Job Diva but if I have to mention one, some time it lags in between.

It's a cloud-based software platform, I can easily access anywhere and start my work. For me Jobdiva provides an end-to-end solution for recruiting and managing talent, from sourcing candidates to onboarding and beyond. It covers the entire talent acquisition lifecycle.
Contras:
It doesn't work well on mobile. Otherwise it's awesome !

Great Product with AI Technology
Comentarios: I have been a Diva user since 2006 when I started with Infinity Consulting Group - I have used less automated and similar products and I find that JobDiva is the most efficient and intuitive.
Puntos a favor:
The ease with which notes tie candidates and jobs together and makes it easy to navigate from candidates to jobs.
Contras:
I find the sales section of jobdiva less fluent

Job Diva :: The old generation UI
Comentarios: Very bad, never thought any worse ATS than this. I feel Ceipal better than this. UI is very confusing.

JobDiva - review by an applicant and user of the platform
Comentarios: Initially I have been using it as an applicant tracking system. But now mostly for performance review, feedback tracking, attendance monitoring. It is easy to use and flexible to modify any requests still in pending state.
Puntos a favor:
I like its feedback management which is a 360 degree system, it gives a scope of improvement for people who need to and a sense of motivation when an appreciation is received. It is helpful in leave tracking as well
Contras:
Its a paid tool, costing is slightly high compared to the features and functionalities provided by them

Best job Board available in the market with amazing features
Comentarios: Great! Its an amazing tool and provides you the best result, its just you should know how to use it better.
Puntos a favor:
The ability to pull profiles from different job portals on real time basis and keep fetching profiles even when not actively using. It keeps itself up to date. It has great storage capacity and there is a lot that could be done. Job could be posted, profiles could be fetched, candidates' profiles could be altered and merged etc etc.
Contras:
Sometimes, it fetches the irrelevant profiles and catches keywords only. JD should work on it artificial intelligence as well

The resume harvester brings in resumes that aren't relevant, at times.

Comentarios: I have been using job diva for 3+ years now and it was the tool of my career, i switched to a different tool but JobDiva has been the best amongst all. It helps recruitments and staffing companies a lot by acting as a master tool for end-to-end recruitment.

The best feature is the candidate search and and search filters. One of the most useful features is the candidate tracking features. The qualified section on the job diva search is very beneficial for recruitment industries. Also, the report dashboard is also very easy to keep track of performance.
Contras:
There is nothing to dislike about, however, if it could be a bit AI enabled it would help a lot of recruiters.
Job Diva is a Great Product
Comentarios: Job Diva is easy to use, and allow me to work quickly, with a high volume of work. I don't have to think and second guess myself as I am using it, so therefore I find it extremely intuitive.

First of all, I should say that I use Job Diva so much, that it has become like a 3rd hand or a personal assistant for me. I am in and out of it all day long, every day. It is literally the best recruitment software I have ever used in my 25+ years as a senior recruiter! It's modern, sleek, user-friendly, and the features are easy to access and relevant. Nothing is wasted. I enjoy the reporting functionality, and it interacts seamlessly with my team, clients, and candidates.
Contras:
I honestly cannot think of anything that I dislike in Job Diva.
Job Diva Performance Review
Comentarios: I've been in the staffing industry for over 20 years and it is the best product I have used.
Puntos a favor:
The coddlers are the most helpful. Timesheets are captured, stored, etc. Jobs are automatically captured - eliminates manual entry.
Contras:
I wish the email functions were able to remember email addresses. When you start typing an email it would automatically populate. Especially when you're sending emails out of the assignment records.
JobDiva honest review
Comentarios: Overall experience is good but some more advance features should be included.
Puntos a favor:
I liked it's features like candidate hotlist, change candidate availability, we can search resumes from multiple databases at once which is really a time saver, it's harvest feature is also very beneficial.
Contras:
I think there are certain missing feature one is where we can simply add Job Description & after AI analization it can simply make boolean according to the Description also we don't have features like search candidates within a time frame like (latest resume search within 1 day, 1 week, month, six month etc.)
Go for Jobdiva without any second thought
Comentarios: Its been 2 year since i am using Jobdiva and i haven't used any other Job board since then.

Diva Complications
Comentarios: Most of the time it is good. I think looking people up should be easier. but overall good.
Puntos a favor:
Ease of use. Its set up in a way that is easy to understand.
Contras:
With having many different people and spellings of names, we have to spell it exactly correct or Diva wont find it. Especially if people have multiple names or there is a hyphen. Also I have been having problems looking people up by phone number lately. I am not sure if it is because they have more than one number listed. Lastly we commonly have issues with Diva moving really slow.

Ther are N number of helpful features in job diva who are really helpful for time saving and getting the right candidate along. Its helpful to generate the report of team as well to know about productivity.

I have been a user of JobDiva 10+ years. I like that they are up to date with user friendly features and new functions that are very helpful in todays fast paced market.I use Jobdiva daily to easily manage and track candidate applications, resumes, and job postings. It helps to match job seekers with the job opportunities based on their skills and experience. Its allows me to manage third-party managers information in the system. I use Jobdiva to Onboard our employees easily and use a report to track their Onboarding process.

Sometimes the kinks need to be worked out a couple times to be efficient.
