Comentarios: Es muy bueno y es de gran ayuda para la gestión de la empresa. Lo recomiendo bastante.

Puntos a favor:

Es un software perfecto como lo diseñaron en cuanto a su uso, es extremadamente intuitivo y fácil de manejar lo que hace una opción ideal para la gestión de citas y horarios, la verdad si que lo recomiendo es muy bueno.

Contras:

A pesar de que es un excelente software creo que si se ajustara un poco mas el precio seria mejor y mas exequible para cualquier empresa.

Comentarios: Me ha gustado bastante, pienso quedarme utilizandolo.

Puntos a favor:

Me encanto la opcion para agendar sesiones grupales. Me facilita el entregar la informacion a varias personas sin necesidad de estar haciendo yo el trabajo. Me ha ahorrado bastante tiempo y me ayuda a concretar citas sin siquiera yo hacer nada.

Contras:

El precio lo considero algo alto comparado con otros software pero igual siento que no es igual a otros softwares. Ofrece mas funcionalidades.

Facil de utilizar cuando ya te asimilas

Comentarios: Ha sido buena, un poco costoso cuando estas empezando y dificil de llevar.Sin embargo cumple con todas las expectativas

Es una propuesta excelente para coaching y servicios de asesoria ya sea medicos, psicologicos u otros, ya que da la posibilidad de ordenar y planificar muy bien.

Contras:

Falta vincular pagos con herramientas de pago en latinoamerca, como lo es transbank y mercadopago, además de presentar algun plan mas economico para partir y algo más intuitiva en su plataforma.

Comentarios: Era difícil para mi llevar una agenda, no tenia tampoco un sistema online que pudiera optimizar el poco sistema de reservacion que tenia, ahora es mas facil para mi y mis clientes

Lo que mas me gusta el la facilidad en que los usuarios puedes reservar las citas y el sistema de notificación de correos.

Contras:

el diseño para mi es un poco complicado tener la plataforma sin colores ni identificaciones en mi idioma que es el español

Comentarios: If there is something I want to create within my services or ask during my client's scheduling process, I love that I can customize that within Acuity. The service truly offers everything you can think of to customize each step of the scheduling journey.

Puntos a favor:

It's an all-in-one platform to show your calendar, allow booking, and take payments. Acuity really shines in its paid plans because then you can easily integrate features. It streamlines the booking process and saves time on your end. The Free plan can be effective if you have some alternative options for taking payments outside of the Acuity platform.

Contras:

All of the integrations such as: sending reminder emails, accepting payment methods, syncing to your personal calendar, etc are all paid only features. The Free plan is okay to start but quite limited. The lowest-priced paid plan feels like too big of a step up for business owners who are setting up their business but not yet bringing in reliable income.

Acuity Scheduling offers a strong foundation towards success in scheduling.

Comentarios: There are no words to explain how good our experience with Acuity Scheduling has been. It has eliminated all the challenges we used to encounter when scheduling for our meetings. With Acuity Scheduling outstanding features like meeting reminders, we have never found ourselves missing any scheduled meetings.

Acuity Scheduling offer premium meeting scheduling features that has made scheduling so efficient. It has auto reminders that ensure all meeting attendees are aware of the time the meeting are starting. Acuity Scheduling data safety tools are very effective at keeping meeting details private to only the trusted attendees. Its auto-scheduling function saves time when scheduling for recurring meetings.

Contras:

We have not experienced any cons with Acuity Scheduling. All features are reliable and equally impactful.

Not intuitive, Techy Interface, Support Not Great

Comentarios: I use it. It functions for what I need. I'm glad for some features. I have been using it for a very long time. But, I don't like the interface. There are issues I'd like to solve and ways to use it that are not easy and intuitive to figure out. Also there are ways to use it that I don't know how to find.

Puntos a favor:

Integrates with squarespace. I don't believe anything else does and I believe squarespace bought out acuity so there you go. I know a lot of huge businesses use acuity so I'm open to learning how to use it more effectively.

Contras:

Acuity does not make using it easy to learn, navigate or figure out. Their help features really stink. They have all this writing you can put into your availability type. I thought this was emailed to the client when they received their link. So I put all this time into writing up my parameters etc. and no one was following them. Finally I figured out that it is only shown when someone is scheduling and since I schedule in my coaching clients they never even see it! I didn't figure this out for 2 years! I still don't know how to put the writing in the correct place. I see it with other's using acuity. I also hate the interface. I love Calendy's interface. Clean, simple, intuitive. Acuities is very program or techy and not intuitive. Also, when you export your client into it does not keep all their appointment info which is what I needed and so I lost all that data and there is no way to export it. And, I didn't know I would be loosing it until it was already done.

Acuity's an excellent scheduling tool

Comentarios: I switched from Calendly in 2015 or so to Acuity because at that time they had the zoom integration. Calendly now has that integration of course now, too, but at the time, I was manually sending the zoom link to my contacts and so I searched for a better tool and Acuity was it.

Puntos a favor:

That they offer the 'add to google calendar' feature as opposed to (or in addition to??) the inconvenient .ics file.

Contras:

The cost. I switched to another tool because Acuity was double the price with almost the same features.

Great product for small clinics that need online scheduling and payments options. Highly recommend.

Comentarios: Overall, we had a positive experience with Acuity. The online scheduling platform and the business facing platform were very simple and intuitive to provide a streamlined and clean scheduling and payment solution to the needs of our clinic.

I really liked how easy the online scheduling was on the provider side and on the client side; it fulfilled all needs of an online scheduling platform. There were many ways for us to customize our session offerings with different durations, staff, and prices.

Contras:

I wish there was a better option for HIPAA compliant intake forms and SOAP notetaking; what was available was not very simple to use and follow.

Acuity is exactly what I need as a coach and business owner

Comentarios: I have used Acuity since I started my coaching business 9 years ago. They have always kept a clean, beautiful platform, reasonable prices, lovely improvements, and excellent functionality.

Love the different calendars, the different appointment types, and the CONTROL I have over who gets access to how much of my time.

Contras:

There is nothing I dislike about this product. It does everything I need and more.

Easy Scheduling

Comentarios: My clients love how easy it is to schedule appointments and also to get faq information right on my page. It has made business easier to manage now.

Puntos a favor:

I loved how easy it was to navigate the system and setup my scheduling. Customer service was great was helping me customize to my liking.

Contras:

Honestly, the only thing I can think of is the price, but that isn't as bad as most companies that I looked into.

I like that I can have custom email reminders and follow up emails, use it for classes, use discount codes, and have many staff members use it. The calendar syncing feature is also really nice.

Contras:

I'm not a fan of the interface, its not always the most intuitive and the client facing side isn't the most attractive.

Beyond it all has been how easy and straightforward it was to learn how to use Acuity Scheduling to create meeting schedules. I have also had an amazing experience with the task automations that help automatically find the right date and time to schedule for a meeting. Acuity Scheduling also has excellent reminders that ensures that am always on the know about upcoming scheduled meetings. Its activity dashboard provides a clear picture of all my scheduling activities making ot easy to track them.

Contras:

I have not had any unpleasing experiences with Acuity Scheduling and definitely have nothing bad to comment about.

Comentarios: Acuity Scheduling has completely transformed meeting scheduling making it very easy, quick and less attention demanding. With the automations in Acuity Scheduling, i no longer have to create schedules manually as it does all the scheduling work for me. Acuity Scheduling has made it easy for me and my clients to organize meetings and schedule for the right time to meet.

I have loved the simplicity of Acuity Scheduling and how easy it was to customize it to fit any kind of scheduling needs i have. Acuity Scheduling has very powerful security features that give me the guarantee of the safety of my personal data. It has an auto-scheduling function that help create meeting schedules automatically making it less time taking. Acuity Scheduling automated alerts and reminders assist me not to ever miss any meeting that have been scheduled.

I had an easy time learning Acuity Scheduling and has never faced a major issue to complain about.

Acuity useful for bookings

Comentarios: Overall I enjoy Acuity scheduling and use it to schedule appointments for my clients. I find it easy to use and integrate into my business.

Puntos a favor:

I like that it has an app making it accessible on my phone as well as on my PC so I can switch use in between each one. It’s fairly straight forward and has features making it easy to schedule appointments.

Contras:

I like Acuity overall but wish there was a feature that allowed appointments and bookings booked in advance for a certain date (for instance, 1 year from now) with a price change/increase. Or make bookings available up to a certain date and open them back up again once that date comes around.
