Comentarios: Despues de trabajar 4 años con AA siento que es la mejor herramienta de la actualidad para poder hacer proyectos de RPA ya que tiene todo lo necesario para hacer cualquier actividad y se estan actualizando para generar mas impacto en el tema de inteligencia artificial.

Puntos a favor:

La herramienta es fácil de usa para empresas grandes y pequeñas, es intuitivo y tienes que saber sobre lógica básica para poder crear tu primer robot, ya con las buenas practicas se pueden hacer proyectos mas completos.

Contras:

Las cotizaciones para usuarios creadore y corredores pueden llegar a ser caras, pero vale la pena

Uso de Automation anywhere

Comentarios: Es una excelente opción para poder automatizar procesos y en caso de tener algún stopper en el proceso el proveedor de la herramienta suele atender en rápida respuesta.

Puntos a favor:

La herramienta de automation anywhere se me hace una herramienta de fácil uso y muy intuitiva qué permite a los usuarios realizar fáciles automatizaciones de los proceso generando un considerable ahorro de tiempo.

Contras:

Es necesario mejoren los protocolos ftp para mayor estabilidad en estas actividades

La manera del desarrollo se vuelve muy intuitivo, convirtiéndose en una gran herramienta para la automatización de procesos largos

Contras:

Aun le faltan algunas actualizaciones para que se pueda interactuar de mejor manera

Buena herramienta de automatiza de procesos

Comentarios: En general la experiencia usando automation anywhere es muy buena, es de gran ayuda para poder automatizar procesos que de otra forma habría que hacerlo manualmente, con lo que te hace ganar mucho tiempo, que al final se traduce en dinero.

Puntos a favor:

Tiene una versión de prueba bastante completa con la que puedes empezar a familiarizarte con la herramienta. Es muy sencillo de configurar los fujos de automatización y la interfaz es muy visual. Tiene mucha documentación y recursos a disposición de usuario.

Contras:

En el tiempo que llevo usándolo no he encontrado apenas nada negativo que pueda destacar.

la arquitectura de autoamtion anywhere como herramienta de rpa es buena ,y su control room es lo que me ha gustado mas

Contras:

principalmente la v11 que estaba muy limitado al no poder utilizar gran variedad de lenguajes de progamaciónunicamente vbs , java.

It may be challenging to set up the automation at first, but if you break down each business process in depth, you will be able to manage this issue and appropriately apply the solution. Instead of having a new action for essentially the same thing, only using a different variable type (for example, assigning a string vs. assigning a number), I'd like to have several activities consolidated into one and then wrapped in config settings. I'd also like to be able to color the stages so that I can readily identify bundled tasks like logging, error handling steps, happy path, and so on.

Comentarios: We LOVE IT. Couldn't imagine using one of the other big automation toolsets out there given our experience. It's allowed a bunch of accountants to automate anything and everything.

Automation Anywhere (AA) is the perfect facilitator. It starts tasks and guides them through the entire process from one step to the next. We've learned over the years that we don't need AA to do everything (even though it mostly can!). It's much better as a facilitator that can move processes between steps. As a result we use it in conjunction with VBA, Java and Python code.In addition, AA is well priced and allows us to keep costs as a minimum. Finally, AA is meant for anyone to use. I'm a tax accountant by trade and we were able to pick the software up easily enough with no formal programming training. We do work with AA across all aspects of our global enterprise. It has really become a partner to our back office personnel.

Contras:

When Automation Anywhere (AA) has done large upgrades over the years it's often times been incredibly painful as we migrate from one version to the next. This has led to down time and rather frustrating stretches of time as we work through the issues and try to get bots working again. Additionally, in our history, it seems that AA often times rushes product and ideas to market without fully testing them, preferring, rather, for it's customers to be the beta testers in real time. This has led to times where we thought functionality was going to be available, but it wasn't working correctly at time of release. Again, frustrating, but by no means a deal breaker.

The UI is so simple to use and most of the tools available to perform operations .OCR works well.IQ is good option to work on paper data.

Contras:

Few features are missing in comparison of other Automation tools.

Comentarios: Overall Experience is very good, IT helped us to the organization by saving efforts by automation of Automation of various daily operations which are performing manually earlier. Developers are enjoying working on this tool and exploring more in order to add value to business.

1. Training to the Automation anywhere is not at all required as the user interface is very user friendly. 2. Security in the automation anywhere is very strict 3. Unified system which enables the automation of the business processed 4. Object cloning feature is very awesome 5. Very reliable too. 6. Data is processed hassle free.

Contras:

1. Deployment cost is more as compared to other tools. 2. Training is required to generate the resources. 3. I didn't face any issue with this tool.

Automation Anywhere is a robust product with best in class Cognitive Tools & Process Discovery.

Comentarios: My experience is overall very good - being a Functional person I was still able to have the grasp of the tool and got myself certified in Advance RPA Certification. Product is robust and generate quick ROI. AARI is the new armor added in the arsenal which makes it more robust.

Best thing about Automation Anywhere is the ease with which basic Bots can be created and also the functionality it provides for creating custom scripting in complex Use Cases. Cognitive bots like IQ Bots are also robust. Training new workforce is easy and solution can be generated with lesser Turn Around time.

Contras:

Tool is costly compared to the other RPA tools available in the market but the great part is the features it provides which are making it a market leader. So yes its expensive but its worth the investment if you are looking from a strategic perspective.

Contras:

Automation Anywhere latest version AA 360 has proven not to be stable. with more frequenting updates. Errors in the control room integration with bot agents.

Comentarios: We have automated manual L2C orders in OSS domain in Telecom. The Orders can be placed with just a single click. This has reduced significant amount of time in placing the orders for customer.

The ease of use of tool Automation Anywhere is great. Anyone with Basic coding knowledge can learn the tool and start automating. The Recorder In Automation Anywhere is a great feature which makes the process mapping faster.

Contras:

AA tool is more of script based as compared to Visual Process Designers.It is challenging to develop the task in Script based tool as compared with Visual Process Designer Tools.

Comentarios: From my experience I can say that it is a great process automation product that undoubtedly allows us to improve repetitive processes and the creation of bots to assign them tasks that must be carried out very frequently and thus we can free our employees from some functions so that they can increase your productivity.

What I like the most about this tool is that it is very easy to configure the automation flows and the interface is very visual. It has a lot of documentation and resources available to the user. In addition to that it is also easy to create bots that deal with administrative issues, fill out forms and manage spreadsheets.

Contras:

Since we have been using this tool, we have not found any flaws in this tool, rather we can say that it is one of the best process automation tools, which makes it excellent for us.

It has a nice interface that is easy to understand for a non-technical person. Provides ease of integration without the need to disrupt legacy systems. The most common features can be accessed through shortcuts. It has a good set of tools to automate various marketing, accounting, ERP and other processes.

Contras:

The only thing that I consider that can be improved so far is the parameter management, which needs to be faster and more intuitive.

Comentarios: Its great experience to work on AA RPA tool. From last 2 years I am working on AA and found it very flexible, userfriendly, easy and equipped with strong commands to automate any type of business process. IQ-Bot store is another advantage where we can find lot of reusable codes for free and can share same with others.

Puntos a favor:

AA internally handles all complex operations and provide user a interactive, user friendly GUI, easily debuggable platform to ease automation process. biggest example of easiness is the way it handles citrix automation. AA Cognitive tool IQBot process unstructured/semi-structured documents very efficiently, its like a milestone in the cutting edge of AI/ML based tools available in market. IQBot completes most of the process automatically using unsupervised learning and user has just need to validate it and make modifications if required. Day by day AA is making remarkable updates in its RPA tool. The customer service is really very quick and responsive, we need to just log a ticket on their portal and executive is assigned to get it solve on priority.

Contras:

I think licensing cost is the only thing that AA has to look on as it is the reason customer move on to other RPA tools for cost effectiveness.

Comentarios: Overall Good Product and Service

1) The tool is very simple and easy to work with.2) We mainly used it for Robotics Process Automation Development, where we w=used to automate day to day banking processes3) Very easy to automate websites as well as excel files.4) Seamless integration with VS scripts as well

Contras:

1) AI-ML functionally could be more improved2) In the earlier versions, the VCS was painful. Not sure about now.

Adventerous Journey with Automation Anywhere

Comentarios: We are automating banking and finance backend process.. Working with AA in RPA is like an adventurous journey. Every day new exploring new ways to use the tools to solve the problems.

Puntos a favor:

Automation Anywhere is flexible, robust software that I can strongly recommend to the buyers. Choosing right tool for the right situation guarantee success.. Automation Anywhere proved this.. Easily locating the commands from the tray, configure the commands & connections to external source, debugging are the versatile features that I can say.

Contras:

Date manipulation functionality is not available, Expand/Collapse option for loops/condition is not there.. It will help us while debugging the code..

Comentarios: Overall, I'm satisfied with Automation Anywhere as we can develop and deploy robots efficiently.

Puntos a favor:

This tool enables users to automate various programs with ease. Aside from that, robots can be maintained easily specially that it now launched a mobile app for portability. The user interface design is straightforward which enables users to learn the tool quickly.

Contras:

This tool has insufficient information in help section. Other useful built-in functionalities are not visible in the list of commands therefore not known by several developers. Modification of task properties are not available in control room.

Feedback AA

Comentarios: In general is fantastic, version A2019 is not stable at all, but I assume that in mid time this will be a great an complete tool

Version A2019 is improving so fast and the Quantity of commands for develop bots is so useful, also for business user is an easy tool to interact with.

Contras:

I guess that work with Oracle Platforms use to be difficult because sometimes windows are not detected at all. Should be improved the execution time, because when bots works with a lot of data, excel for example, use to delay a lot of time in finish the execution, comparing for example with the time of execution of a Macro.

Comentarios: Developing workflows for repetitive processes and making the process faster. Time consuming processes are processed within no time.
Have developed bots and scheduled them so the bot automatically auto logs in through the system.

Puntos a favor:

The functionalities of the software are user friendly and easy to understand. A huge amount of data can be fetched from excel or database very easily and within few minutes. Also the GUI of the software is excellent. Installation and technical specifications are done easily. The OCR helps us to read handwritten or printed text from the documents very easily. Emails are also sent with attachments to the user very quickly. Also scripts can be run which reduces half the work.

Contras:

Object Cloning has issues with respect to the resolution of system varies. The software is restricted to only Internet Explorer and not any other browser.

Automation Anywhere the best RPA tool

Comentarios: I am using Automation Anywhere regularly and I am able to automate most of the business processes and could not find any difficulty in process automation. It gives you lot many commands to use so you don't much require external features or script.

Puntos a favor:

I believe that the Automation Anywhere is the best RPA tool in the market. It gives you lot many functionality and features which helps you to automate your process easily and seamlessly like IQ bot, Meta bot, pdf integration and OCR etc.

Contras:

I can't see any cons in AA though I'd like to see the expand and collapse (+) feature for the Loop and If-Else condition. It will help to easily identify where the loop is getting started and where it is getting closed.

Easy to Automate any Task

Comentarios: we use Automation any where in inventory management for reading invoices, generate invoice and drop a mail with attachment for respective clients. Excel and PDF automation

1)550+ commands for automate any task which are eligible to automation 2)Am very impressed with recorders, which getting most accuracy 3)Easy to integrate SAP using meta bot 4) They are providing different commands for respective activities with grouping for this easy to search any command that we need. 5) Different bot for different application like Task bot for simple activities,Meta bot for SAP etc,IQ bot for image reading

Contras:

1)While email automation, i need to send dynamic email for customer with different emails, which allow only one mail configuration in client 2) Image recognition without IQ bot

Ease for employees

Comentarios: It's been one year I am working on RPA,
It is on boom right now, when I started working on RPA, I knew very few things but thereafter I got to know many new things and how easily task can be done. It helps in reducing manual hours, it has good scope on finance field as there lot of man power require for data entry, for cash posting and allocating, manual billing, invoice processing. All this are easy with RPA.

Puntos a favor:

RPA provides things to be done in faster way and gives new way to technology. It Reduces manpower. It Makes the things to run fast and less chances of error. It helps in Increasing work competencies.

Contras:

Still there are few things which couldn't be automated. Many tools are developed now and they are trying to make feasible but still not work on Oracle apps. Other than this no as such cons.
