Hirevire made the whole thing a piece of cake. We were able to offer 1:1 zoom interviews as well as Hirevire. If they did the 1:1, we required that they submit portfolios, intro videos and otherwise via Hirevire after. I LOVE that they recently added the ability to have automated reminders for those you have sent to. No more hounding people for requirements.
