Comentarios: Se trata de un CRM realmente interesante para empresas de diferentes tamaños y sectores para automatizar y mejorar sus procesos de ventas y marketing, mejorar la eficiencia de sus equipos de ventas, aumentar la productividad y mejorar la colaboración entre equipos. Con algunas funcionalidades mejorables en aspectos como marketing y ventas

La interfaz es realmente intuitiva y muy personalizable, además puede integrarse con otras herramientas con mucha facilidad
Contras:
Para el tema marketing, las funcionalidados son demasiado limitadas, deberían trabajar más en este campo!!

Great Contact and Lead solution for small businesses
Puntos a favor:
Easy to deploy and setup sales teams and privileges. Analytics are already available at all times.
Contras:
Sometimes system felt lagging but improved after time. Some analytics are hard to use. APIs needed finetuning.

Alternativas consideradas:
A great all-in-one CRM and project planning software.
Comentarios: This platform has allowed me to grow my business processes through one main "hub" platform and has made it so easy for me to onboard new members and get them acclimated to the work flow immediately.
Puntos a favor:
The flexibility of boards to be created with different purposes such as client management, lead generation, financial analysis, project management, team management, file storage and so much more. I've really leaned to Monday to become my all-in-one hub for my business processes.
Contras:
There are definitely growing pains to creating the perfect software that fits your needs but trial and error is just part of the process. I'm planning and creating uses for Monday I never thought of 6 months ago which I've only been able to think of because of my experience gained from daily use of the software.

Workflow features was the main reason why i purchased this software but it didnot move on well for the time i used the software.
Contras:
I wish they could refund me the subscription that i wasted while using this software.

Would recommend to manage everything
Comentarios: We got more efficient because we can manage priorities and tasks more easily. Sections for leads helped our team see who had to contact clients. We also used it to work on social media content together.
Puntos a favor:
Really liked the task management and the lead management. Super efficient with my team, easy to use and easy to implement. Liked the lead funnel to manage my prospection.
Contras:
The fact that time tracking is in a pricier version. I would like to see an access to clients for certain boards i want to show them.

Comentarios: This is my second company using Monday.com and the first time utilizing the CRM. The automations are great!
Puntos a favor:
The interface is simple and easy to use while being pleasant to interact with.
Contras:
The system has crashed a few times due to technical errors and we do really rely on Monday.com so that hasn't been ideal. It is typically resolved quite quickly.

Monday is great for Real Estate CRM
Comentarios: I love it! Has kept me organized and on top of all of my work as a commercial real estate agent.
Puntos a favor:
Keeps track of all my contacts and most of my interactions with clients, also great for managing projects and workflows.
Contras:
Communication integaration has been a slight issue with Outlook, there are ways to get around it though and make it work. Also have had some issue with tracking activities and losing some meeting notes which can sometimes be unreliable.

Alternativas consideradas:
User friendly CRM and Project Management Tool
Puntos a favor:
Monday.com has a easy intuitive set up process that has good flexibility to modify as required.
Contras:
Invoicing tracking for multiple projects connecting to a summary or dashboard has proven to be difficult to set up.
Decent Product!

Easy to use, organize and filter data. Excellent for project and deliverable tracking but also great for just maintaining workflows.
Contras:
There is a limit to how much data and/or columns and rows you can add to one monday board.

Comentarios: Customer service was solid and the product is intuitive, useful and very affordable.
Puntos a favor:
Monday Sales CRM is customizable, so that the user can create automated workflow that is adaptable to their needs and it can grow and change as the user's company's needs change. It was also among the least expensive/best value CRMs that I looked at.
Contras:
The customizable features are a double edged sword, because while they are great, there is quite a bit of time and program knowledge that needs to be acquired in order to properly implement it.

Monday.com for engineering
Comentarios: Quite good for managing a few dozen leads and projects. I imagine this possibly wouldn't scale very well for hundreds or thousands of contacts.
Puntos a favor:
The fact that the CRM templates are just the normal monday.com workflow means that tasks integrate seamlessly across your workflow as you manage many concurrent projects.
Contras:
It is sometimes difficult to get a full overview of all the tasks you are doing and how this interacts with others.

Comentarios: It gave us a central location for sales/marketing and operations data and the tools to visualize results.

The ability to segment data and great visualization of that segmented data. Loved the ability to create custom dashboards.
Contras:
I would love the ability to view the dashboards on our digital signage displays using a URL.

Comentarios: We needed a central place for all of our leads to be. This has made follow up with leads, potential clients, and even keeping track of our onboarding process so easy,

Comentarios: Love the interface and the user-friendly board. We can basically create any type of board we need to fit our vision of expansion inside our company.
Puntos a favor:
The easy setup and creation of different boards for our pipeline and future lead management. Easy to use and to track. Very user friendly even for our team that is not so user friendly with this type of software
Contras:
Terms are sometimes difficult to understand, like sort... not sure what it does until we play around with it and realize that we can alphabetically sort our lead board... email integration is difficult with chrome. That is why we don't use it yet.

Comentarios: I really like it, I was able to connect my Gmail account without problems and manage all my emails directly from the platform.

I really like the task assignment function, it was also very useful to be able to organize and distribute pending tasks within my team.
Contras:
Well, the truth is, I would have liked to have the ability to generate customizable reports and obtain more detailed statistics about my sales and activities.

Comentarios: I think it's great because it has extensive documentation and support resources, which has been of great help to me to resolve any questions or problems that may arise.

It's great because it doesn't matter if it's an email conversation, a meeting or a note taken I can access everything in one window.

Well, I have experienced some failures or delays in the synchronization of emails or the import of contacts, although it is not a serious problem.
simple and easy to use
Comentarios: Overall, the problems I solved are the organizing and tracking. I realized the benefit of lead management and storing contacts. I like how this software makes my complex task easier.
Puntos a favor:
The most impactful features are the lead management, lead capturing and customer onboarding. It is so easy to use based on my own experience. When I integrated it to my business, it runs smoothly.
Contras:
I like all the features but what I like least is the forms. I think it needs a little bit more options. In my case, I sometimes use it but sometimes I don't. I just prefer printed forms and personal transactions. I'm learning to utilize it though and so far, I'm liking it.

Comentarios: Easy to use, easy to manage, easy to implement. The Monday.com portal software has improved our communications with our customers and is extremely intuitive. Helps team members quickly analyze the tasks they need to work on, workflows are based on collaboration needs across departments. It is a useful CRM tool, I find it very useful due to its ease of use, pipeline management, marketing campaign management.

This software is very affordable and really helps with small business management. I work at a marketing agency, and since we implemented Monday.com as our communication device for customer-facing, project management, and when working on other teams, we've seen a huge reduction in confusion, fewer missed emails, and more satisfaction with customers. Monday.com is a useful CRM tool, I find it very useful due to its ease of use, pipeline management, marketing campaign management. -Optimize my daily and weekly team meetings -Track the completion of the project in real time. -Collaboration and project management with people outside my company.
Contras:
I love the web version, but I have problems with the Android application, it is super slow, it does not finish loading the information and when it loads, it uses a lot of data. Simply put, the smartphone app is not working.

How to improve your bottom line with Monday.com
Comentarios: Monday.com allowed many of our processes to be automated, created an improved collaborative approach and ability to easily report on key business risks, revenue , projects and opportunities.
Puntos a favor:
Monday.com is a very easy to use platform with prebuilt templates to help get you started. Once you have your basics sorted, the opportunities to create greater efficiencies in your business are endless.
Contras:
Email formatting is still on the to do list for improvement with limited options. There are work arounds but looking forward to the editing tools in email being expanded.

Affordable, All-in-One Tracking for a Small Staffing Business
Puntos a favor:
I researched similar products and chose to implement Monday.com for three main reasons: First, it offers a wide range of templates which provide useful starting points for my minor customizations. Second, I liked the ease of use and especially the useful app. Third, this feature is simple but powerful - the ability to easily set project milestones and both name and pick colors for all of these. At a glance, the colors show me where my project is at any given time!
Contras:
I've only really scratched the surface of the full power of Monday.com. I'm able to start using it for Customer Resource Management and I'm looking forward to seeing how it performs with sales pipelines and forecasting. In short, everything I've used to support my business workflow has been right on target!

Easy to learn and roll-out to team. Very short learning curve. - and the phone app works very similarly to the desktop version.
Contras:
multi column uploads from xls to existing Boards. Ability to setup a general email account like [email protected]

Great project management tool within a CRM
Comentarios: It has been a great experience for us using monday.com. We have tracked all our projects on time using the tool, assigned tasks to one another and have open-ended conversations as it makes the visibility of getting the task done great.
Puntos a favor:
Monday.com has been one of the easiest project management tools I have ever used, it has great UX and UI. The functions of the platform are very easy to use and keep everything managed, organised and tracked for all users. The integration has been very good of the tool with Hubspot and it comes at a very decent price.
Contras:
I would say as there are many functions available within Monday.com which makes it difficult for big organisations with 1000s of people to use it properly. This makes the learning at the beginning hard as everyone needs to understand the tool in order to use it right.
